Messaging & automation · Official WhatsApp Business API campaigns and automations, on your own number, never a blast tool

From ₹15,000 per month in India · $300 for international clients

Mediaverse Digital runs WhatsApp marketing on the official WhatsApp Business API from ₹15,000 per month (about $300) for managed broadcasts, with a one-time ₹25,000 setup that covers Meta verification, the green-tick application and your first chatbot flow. Meta and platform charges are billed at cost in your own account, so the per-message rate you pay is the rate Meta publishes.

Is this for you?

Who whatsapp marketing is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

You bought a bulk WhatsApp tool and the number got banned

Unofficial blasting software spoofs the consumer app and Meta bans those numbers in days, taking your customer chats with them. The official API costs about a rupee per marketing message and cannot be banned for volume.

Leads come in on WhatsApp and nobody replies for hours

A lead that waits 3 hours on WhatsApp has already messaged two competitors. An enquiry flow that answers in seconds, asks 3 qualifying questions and hands a warm lead to a person is the cheapest sales hire you will make.

You have 20,000 customer numbers and have never messaged them

Past customers are the cheapest audience you own. A segmented broadcast to buyers from the last 12 months costs under ₹1 per message and usually outperforms cold ads by a wide margin on repeat orders and bookings.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

Meta Business verification and API onboarding

Your Meta Business Manager verified, your display name approved and your WhatsApp Business API number live on a business solution provider account (AiSensy, Interakt or Wati) registered in your name, not ours.

Green tick application

The verified business badge is free from Meta but is refused more often than granted. We prepare the press coverage, website and profile consistency Meta checks for, submit the application and re-apply once if the first attempt is declined.

Approved message templates

Five templates written and approved in the first fortnight, covering welcome, offer, reminder, follow-up and re-engagement. Templates are written to pass Meta review the first time and to read like a person, not a notification.

Enquiry chatbot flow

A welcome and qualification flow that greets new contacts inside 5 seconds, asks 2 to 4 questions (service, location, budget, timing) and routes the answer to a human with the full context attached. Built once, refined monthly.

Segmented campaigns

Four or eight broadcasts per month depending on plan, each with copy, creative, a segment definition and a send-time plan. Every campaign has a click or reply goal, and no segment receives more than one marketing message a week.

Opt-in and opt-out hygiene

Opt-in capture on your website, ads and QR codes, a STOP keyword that works, and monthly suppression of contacts who ignored the last 6 messages. This protects your quality rating, which controls how many messages Meta lets you send.

Drip journeys and lifecycle flows

Abandoned-cart, appointment-reminder, post-purchase and re-order journeys built in your platform and reviewed every month for drop-off points. Growth plan clients get template A/B tests with a documented winner per month.

CRM and sheet integration

Every lead written to a Google Sheet or to Zoho CRM or HubSpot with source, segment and conversation summary. Sales sees the chat, marketing sees the pipeline, and nobody retypes phone numbers.

Reporting that reads like a ledger

Delivered, read, replied, clicked and converted counts per campaign, the Meta and platform charges you paid, and quality-rating status. Monthly on Broadcasts, fortnightly on Growth, with the next fortnight's calendar attached.

How much does WhatsApp marketing cost in India in 2026?

Three costs make up a WhatsApp marketing programme: what Meta charges per message, what your platform (the business solution provider, or BSP) charges, and what the agency charges to run it. Since January 2026 Meta bills Indian businesses per delivered message by category: marketing messages cost about ₹0.86 each, utility and authentication messages about ₹0.115, and service replies inside a customer's 24-hour window are free. BSPs such as AiSensy, Interakt and Wati resell those messages at ₹0.95 to ₹1.09 per marketing message after their markup, plus a platform fee of roughly ₹1,350 to ₹3,800 per month depending on seats and features.

Agency fees in India for WhatsApp management typically run ₹8,000 to ₹25,000 per month, and separately priced chatbot builds run ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 depending on complexity. Green-tick verification is free through Meta, yet agencies commonly charge ₹15,000 to ₹50,000 to handle the paperwork. Mediaverse Digital folds it into the ₹25,000 one-time setup along with API onboarding, five approved templates and your first chatbot, so you are not paying a separate fee for a form.

A worked example: a clinic with 10,000 opted-in contacts sending 4 marketing campaigns a month sends about 40,000 marketing messages, costing roughly ₹40,000 in Meta and BSP charges plus a platform fee of about ₹2,000, all billed in the clinic's own account. Our Managed Broadcasts fee adds ₹15,000 per month (about $300). Utility messages such as appointment reminders cost around one eighth of a marketing message, which is why the automations usually pay for the whole programme.

  • Meta rates from January 2026: marketing about ₹0.86, utility about ₹0.115 per delivered message
  • BSP resale rates: ₹0.95 to ₹1.09 per marketing message plus ₹1,350 to ₹3,800 platform fee
  • Mediaverse Digital setup: ₹25,000 one-time, management from ₹15,000 per month
  • All message and platform charges billed at cost in your own account, no markup

Why we only use the official WhatsApp Business API

Every week someone is sold a "bulk WhatsApp sender" for a few thousand rupees that promises unlimited messages. These tools automate the consumer WhatsApp app or unofficial APIs, and Meta's systems detect them quickly. The number is banned, often within days, and along with it go the customer conversations, the group memberships and the credibility of a phone number your customers have saved. Businesses then buy new SIM cards and repeat the cycle, which is how a marketing channel turns into a spam operation.

The official WhatsApp Business API is the only route Meta permits for sending to people at scale. It costs about a rupee per marketing message, requires customer opt-in and template approval, and rewards good behaviour with a higher messaging limit. A new number starts at 1,000 unique contacts per day and grows to 10,000, 100,000 and eventually unlimited as your quality rating holds. That ramp is designed into every calendar we run, so a first-month campaign never trips the limit.

The trade-off is real: you cannot message people who did not opt in, and you cannot send whatever you like whenever you like. We treat that as a feature. Opted-in lists reply at rates cold lists never approach, and a quality rating you protect is a channel you keep. We will not run campaigns on unofficial tools for any client at any fee.

What should a WhatsApp marketing agency do every month?

The setup is the easy part. The value is in the monthly cadence: reading the quality rating before every send, pruning contacts who have gone quiet, writing campaigns that give a reason to reply rather than a reason to block, and testing one variable at a time. Each month we ship the agreed number of campaigns with copy and creative, maintain the drip journeys, log every template change and send-time decision, and reconcile what Meta and the BSP charged you against what the calendar said would go out.

Growth plan clients also get a template A/B test every month with a documented winner, upkeep of the CRM integration when fields or pipelines change, and a fortnightly report with the next fortnight's calendar. We run this remotely for clients across India and for US, UK and UAE businesses that message Indian or NRI customers, from our base in Bangalore, and the calendar is shared with you rather than summarised for you.

  • Before every send: quality rating check, segment size check, suppression list refreshed
  • Weekly: replies routed and lead sheet reconciled, one journey step reviewed
  • Monthly: campaign report, Meta and BSP charge reconciliation, next month's calendar
  • Always: BSP account, number, templates and contact list registered in your name

Which WhatsApp automations pay for themselves first?

For ecommerce stores, the abandoned-cart journey is almost always the first win. A utility message at 1 hour and a marketing message at 24 hours costs about ₹1 per shopper and recovers orders that would otherwise be lost. Add order confirmation, shipping updates and a re-order nudge 30 days after delivery and the store has a retention channel that costs a fraction of retargeting ads. Catalogue messages and payment links let customers reorder without opening the site.

For clinics, salons, coaching centres and property developers, the enquiry flow and the appointment reminder matter most. An instant reply that asks 3 qualifying questions means the counsellor or sales executive calls with context, and a reminder 24 hours before an appointment or site visit cuts no-shows in a way that a phone call at scale cannot. These are utility messages, so they cost about ₹0.115 each and never count against your marketing volume.

Industries

Where we run whatsapp marketing most

From the founder

WhatsApp is the channel where I am strictest about how we work, because a banned number costs a business far more than any fee. We only use the official API, the account and number are registered to you, and every campaign goes out from a calendar you approved in writing. Meta and platform charges are passed through at cost with the invoice attached, so you can check the rupee-per-message yourself. I review the quality rating and the monthly report before they reach you. If a campaign underperformed, the report says so in the first line, not the footnote.
