Is this for you?

Who seo is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

Your site has been live for years and Google still sends nothing

A website that nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. Most sites we audit have never had a keyword map, have thin service pages and carry technical errors that block indexing. Fixing that order is the job.

You paid for SEO before and got a PDF of rankings you never searched for

Ranking for your own brand name and ten zero-volume phrases is not progress. We track keywords with real search demand, report clicks from Search Console, and show organic leads in GA4, not a colour-coded rank sheet.

Your ads work, but cost per lead keeps climbing

Paid traffic stops the moment you stop paying. Organic pages that rank for the same commercial phrases lower your blended cost per lead every month they exist, which is why SEO is the retainer that gets cheaper over time.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

Technical audit and fixes

A full crawl in month one, then a monthly re-crawl. Indexing errors, redirect chains, duplicate titles, Core Web Vitals and mobile rendering fixed in your CMS or handed to your developer as a ticket list with priorities.

Keyword map with search demand

Every tracked keyword is chosen for volume and intent, then assigned to one page so pages never compete with each other. Foundations tracks up to 20 keywords, Authority up to 40, Dominate 80 or more, re-mapped each quarter.

On-page optimisation

Titles, headings, body copy, internal links and image data rewritten against the keyword map. 10 pages on Foundations, 25 on Authority, and full catalogue or multi-location coverage on Dominate, each change logged with the URL and date.

SEO articles, researched and edited

2, 4 or 8 articles of at least 1,200 words per month depending on tier, each briefed from a keyword gap, written by an editor who reads the sources, and published with internal links and FAQ schema. You approve every brief and draft.

Link building you can verify

4 to 6 links per month on Foundations, 8 to 12 on Authority and 15 or more on Dominate, earned through outreach to relevant sites. Every link appears in the report with its URL. No link farms, no private blog networks, no paid link packs.

Digital PR placements

On Authority and Dominate, at least one earned mention per quarter in a listicle, industry publication or expert round-up. These are the third-party mentions that both Google and AI engines weight most heavily.

Schema and entity work

Organization, Service, FAQ, Article and LocalBusiness markup kept in step with the pages, plus consistent business details across directories, so Google and AI answer engines can identify your company as a single trusted entity.

Google Business Profile upkeep

On Authority and above, weekly posts, service and photo updates on your profile, because a large share of commercial searches in India now show a map pack before the organic results.

Content clusters

Groups of pages built around one commercial topic, linked in a hub and spoke structure, so authority built by supporting articles flows to the page that actually sells. Introduced from Authority upward.

Reporting a founder can read

Monthly on Foundations, fortnightly on Authority, weekly dashboard on Dominate. Keyword movement, Search Console clicks and impressions, organic leads or revenue in GA4, links earned, work done and next month's plan on one page.

How much do SEO services cost in India in 2026?

Indian SEO pricing spans an unusually wide band. Freelancers typically charge ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per month for a short keyword list and a couple of blog posts. Agency retainers run from ₹15,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month depending on how many keywords are tracked, how many pages are worked on, how much content is produced and how many links are earned. The problem is that the scope behind the number is rarely written down, so two ₹40,000 quotes can describe completely different amounts of work.

The market has settled into rough scope bands. A typical entry package covers 5 to 15 keywords, 2 blog posts and 2 to 5 links a month. A mid package covers 25 to 30 keywords, 4 blogs and 8 to 10 links. A top package covers 40 to 50 or more keywords, 6 to 8 blogs, 15 to 20 links and some digital PR. Mediaverse Digital publishes three tiers against that scale: Foundations at ₹40,000 per month, Authority at ₹75,000 and Dominate at ₹1,50,000, with the keyword, page, article and link counts printed beside each price.

What you should refuse to pay for: guaranteed rankings, unlimited keywords, or a price that sits below the cost of the content and links it promises. A researched 1,200-word article and a legitimately earned editorial link each cost real money to produce. A ₹8,000 package that promises 4 articles and 10 links is paying for spun text and directory spam, and Google's spam systems now treat both as a liability rather than a shortcut.

What should an SEO agency do every month?

SEO has a reputation for being invisible work, which is how weak agencies get away with sending a rank report and nothing else. The month has a rhythm. In the first week we re-crawl the site, check Search Console for new errors, indexing drops and manual actions, and review Core Web Vitals. Anything broken gets fixed before new content goes out, because rankings cannot compound on pages Google struggles to render or index.

The rest of the month is production. Pages are rewritten against the keyword map, articles are briefed, written, edited and published with internal links, link placements are earned through outreach, and schema is kept in step with the content. Every task is logged with a date, a URL and a reason, and the log is shared with you rather than summarised for you. If a task slipped, the log shows it slipped.

Reporting closes the loop. The monthly report shows keyword movement, clicks and impressions from Search Console, organic leads or sales from GA4, links earned with URLs, and the next month's plan. It is written so that a founder can read it in ten minutes and know what was done, what moved and what is next. On Authority the cadence is fortnightly, on Dominate it is a live weekly dashboard.

  • Week 1: re-crawl, Search Console review, Core Web Vitals check, technical fixes
  • Weeks 2 to 4: on-page rewrites, articles published with internal links, link outreach
  • Ongoing: schema and entity updates, Google Business Profile posts on Authority and above
  • Month end: written report with keyword, traffic and lead movement, plus next month's plan

Why SEO and AI search are one programme, not two

In 2026 a growing share of searches end inside an AI answer rather than on a list of links. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini all synthesise answers and cite a handful of sources. The sources they cite are overwhelmingly pages that already rank well, load fast, answer questions directly and belong to entities the engines can identify. Classic SEO is the entry ticket; without it, the AI layer has nothing to cite.

That is why every tier on this page includes schema and entity work: Organization, Service, FAQ and Article markup, consistent business details across directories, and answer-first page structure with question-phrased headings. Clients who want a deeper AI-citation programme, with digital PR, original data and listicle placement as the core of the work, move to our AI Search Optimization service, which is built to sit on top of this one rather than replace it.

How the work is delivered and who owns what

The team works remotely from Bangalore for clients across India and for businesses in the US, UK and UAE that want a senior-led SEO team at Indian cost structures. Every client gets a named strategist, a shared task board and a monthly call. Dominate clients get a dedicated senior strategist and a weekly dashboard, which suits multi-location groups and ecommerce catalogues where hundreds of pages are in play.

Everything is created in your accounts: Search Console, GA4, the CMS, the rank tracker and the link sheet. If you leave, you remove our access and keep every page, article, link and report. That is also why the retainer runs month-to-month after the first quarter. The 3-month minimum exists because search engines need that long to reflect the first fixes; after that, we have to earn each renewal on the numbers.

Process

How an engagement runs

1

Free audit and keyword map

A technical crawl, Search Console review and competitor gap analysis produce a written keyword map and a 90-day plan within 5 working days. You keep the document whether or not you hire us.

2

Fix the foundation

Weeks 1 to 3: crawl errors, indexing, speed, redirects, schema and site structure. Unglamorous work, but nothing built on top of a broken site holds its rankings.

3

Optimise and publish

From week 3: pages rewritten against the keyword map, articles published on a calendar you can see, internal links added. First long-tail movement typically shows in months 2 to 4.

4

Earn links

Monthly outreach for editorial links and placements from relevant Indian and international sites. Every link is listed in the report with its URL, so you can check it yourself.

5

Report and compound

Monthly report and call. Months 4 to 9 are where traffic usually bends upward. Keywords are re-mapped every quarter so effort follows demand, not last year's plan.

Industries

Where we run seo most

From the founder

SEO is the service where clients get sold the most and shown the least, so I run it the other way round. The keyword count, page count, article count and link count for each tier are printed on this page, and the same numbers go into your scope document before you pay anything. Every link we earn is listed with its URL in the monthly report. Search Console, GA4 and your CMS stay in your name from day one. I read every monthly report before it goes out, and if a month was slow the report says so and explains why, rather than hiding it behind a graph.
