Is this for you?

Who digital + outdoor is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

You are launching in a city and need people to see the brand on the way to work and on their phone that night

A launch that lives only online is easy to scroll past. Autos, vans and boards on the routes your customers take, matched by digital ads drawn around those same localities, make the brand feel present rather than promoted.

Your outdoor vendor and your digital agency blame each other when leads are low

Two vendors, two creatives, two reports and no shared number. One team plans both halves, uses the same QR codes, coupon codes and landing page, and reports what the street and the screen did together in one document.

You have spent on hoardings before and could never prove they worked

Outdoor is measurable when it is designed to be. Route-matched geo ads, unique QR codes per format, coupon codes per locality and before-and-after branded search demand turn a visibility buy into a campaign with a cost per enquiry.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

One campaign brief and calendar

A single planning document covering objective, localities, outdoor formats, digital channels, creative, offers and a week-by-week calendar, so the mobile van, the auto fleet, the inserts and the ads go live in the sequence that makes each one stronger.

Outdoor media planning and execution

Auto rickshaw branding, mobile van branding, newspaper insertion, shop name boards and no-parking board advertising planned by locality and route from The Mediaverse network, with printing, installation, permissions and route photos handled on the ground.

Geo-matched digital ads

Meta, Google and YouTube campaigns drawn around the same pin codes and routes as the outdoor placements, running in the same weeks, so people who saw the van in the morning see the offer on their phone that evening.

Unified creative system

One key visual adapted for an auto hood, a van panel, an A4 insert, a Sunpack board, a 9:16 reel and a 1:1 feed ad, with the same headline, offer and call to action on every surface, proofed at street scale and phone scale.

WhatsApp capture and follow-up

A WhatsApp number and QR code on every outdoor piece that opens a qualifying flow, captures the lead with the locality and format it came from, and hands it to your sales team with context. Built on the official Business API in your account.

Landing page and coupon architecture

A campaign landing page (City Launch and above) with UTM links per channel and coupon codes per locality and format, so a counter redemption or a form enquiry can be traced to the board, insert or ad that produced it.

Measurement design

QR scans, UTM sessions, coupon redemptions, WhatsApp enquiries and branded search demand baselined before launch and tracked weekly, so the report can say what each format contributed rather than what the campaign reached.

On-ground proof

Installation photos, route logs and insert distribution counts from the outdoor teams, shared in the same dashboard as the digital numbers. You see where the autos ran and where the boards went up, not a summary line.

One report

A single weekly dashboard (City Launch and above) or end-of-campaign report covering outdoor placements delivered, digital spend and results, enquiries by source, cost per enquiry by format and what we would change for the next flight.

How much does a digital plus outdoor campaign cost in India?

There are three parts to the price: the campaign retainer for planning, creative adaptation, execution management and measurement; the outdoor and digital media itself; and a flat media-management fee of 10 percent on the combined media. The retainer starts at ₹1,00,000 (about $2,000) for a Neighbourhood Launch across 2 to 4 localities in one city, ₹2,50,000 for a City Launch with a mobile van, autos, inserts, three digital channels and a landing page, and ₹6,00,000 for a Multi-City campaign across 3 or more cities. Media is billed at the published outdoor rates and paid to Meta and Google from your own ad accounts.

The outdoor rates are the ones published on The Mediaverse services pages: auto rickshaw branding ₹140 to ₹650 per auto depending on format and duration, mobile van branding ₹3,000 to ₹9,000 per day, newspaper insertion ₹1.15 to ₹2.20 per insert, no-parking board advertising ₹35 to ₹45 per board, and shop name boards ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 fabricated and installed. Because the outdoor half is our own network rather than a subcontracted vendor, there is no second agency margin between you and the street.

A worked Neighbourhood Launch: 300 branded autos at an average of ₹300 comes to ₹90,000, 1,000 no-parking boards at ₹40 comes to ₹40,000, and ₹60,000 of geo-targeted Meta and Google ads over 4 weeks brings combined media to ₹1,90,000. The 10 percent media-management fee is ₹19,000, and with the ₹1,00,000 retainer the campaign costs about ₹3,09,000 all-in before GST. Every line of that is on the scope document before you pay anything.

Why nobody else can run both halves of this campaign

Most integrated campaigns in India are stitched together: a digital agency briefs an outdoor vendor it found last week, the creative arrives in two sizes, the van runs in a different fortnight from the ads, and two reports arrive that do not agree. The Mediaverse is the outdoor network itself, running auto branding, mobile vans, newspaper insertion, shop boards and no-parking boards for 500+ brands across 50+ Indian cities, and Mediaverse Digital is the online arm of the same company. The brief, the calendar and the report come from one team.

That changes what is possible. Digital audiences can be drawn around the exact pin codes the autos cover, the van route can pass the localities where the inserts landed that morning, and the WhatsApp number on the board is the one the Instagram ad opens. When the report says a locality produced 40 enquiries at a certain cost, it is one number from one measurement design, not two vendors each claiming the same lead.

The formats and the city list are on the outdoor side of this site: the services overview, the auto branding, mobile van branding and newspaper insertion pages, and the cities page. Planning runs remotely for clients across India and for US, UK and UAE brands launching in Indian cities, with on-ground execution by the outdoor teams and creative led from Bangalore.

How do you measure whether the outdoor half worked?

Outdoor gets called unmeasurable because most campaigns are not designed to be measured. We build five signals in before launch. Unique QR codes per format and locality, so a scan from an auto hood in one neighbourhood is distinguishable from a scan off a board in another. UTM links and short URLs on inserts and boards. Coupon codes per locality, redeemed at the counter, on the site or over WhatsApp. WhatsApp enquiries tagged by the format that started them. And branded search demand, baselined for 4 weeks before launch in Search Console and Google Trends and tracked through the campaign.

The digital half adds a sixth signal: geo-targeted ads in outdoor localities run alongside matched control localities with no outdoor, so the lift in click-through, cost per lead and conversion rate where the autos and boards were present can be read against where they were not. It is not a laboratory, and the report says so. It is enough to tell you which localities and formats to repeat, drop or double in the next flight, which is the decision the campaign exists to inform.

  • QR codes unique to each format and locality
  • UTM links and coupon codes traceable to the placement
  • WhatsApp enquiries tagged by source format
  • Branded search demand baselined 4 weeks before launch
  • Outdoor versus control localities compared in the digital numbers

What does an integrated launch look like week by week?

A City Launch typically runs 6 to 8 weeks. Weeks 1 and 2 are planning and production: localities and routes agreed, creative adapted to every surface, boards and auto panels printed, inserts scheduled with the dailies, landing page and WhatsApp flow built, search baseline recorded. In week 3 the outdoor goes up and the digital goes live the same day, weighted to awareness for the first fortnight. Weeks 4 to 6 the van runs its route days, inserts drop on the planned mornings, and digital shifts toward conversion and retargeting of everyone who scanned, clicked or messaged.

The final fortnight is measurement and the second wave: the weekly dashboard shows which localities are producing enquiries at what cost, budget moves toward them, and the end-of-campaign report sets out the numbers by format with the plan for the next flight. Real estate launches, admission seasons, clinic openings, restaurant launches and retail openings are what this structure was built for, because the customer lives within a few kilometres of the door.

Industries

Where we run digital + outdoor most

From the founder

This is the campaign I started the digital arm to run. For years clients asked me whether the autos and the vans worked, and the honest answer was that nobody had designed the campaign so the question could be answered. Now the measurement is built in before launch, the outdoor rates on the scope are the same ones published on this site, and the digital media goes through your own ad accounts. The 10 percent fee is on the media line where you can see it. I review every integrated scope and every end-of-campaign report myself, and the report leads with cost per enquiry by format, not with reach.
