Paid media · Amazon and Flipkart ads managed on TACoS, not on whatever the console dashboard shows

From ₹30,000 per month in India · $600 for international clients

Mediaverse Digital manages Amazon and Flipkart advertising from ₹30,000 per month (about $600) plus your ad budget, paid to the marketplace from your own seller account. Management covers Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, weekly bid and negative-keyword harvesting, listing keyword work on your top ASINs, and reporting on ACoS and TACoS, so ad spend is judged against total sales.

Written scope and fixed price within two working days. No retainer until you approve it.

Is this for you?

Who amazon & marketplace ads is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

Your ACoS looks fine but total profit is falling

ACoS only measures ad sales against ad spend. When ads cannibalise organic orders, the console looks healthy while margin shrinks. We track TACoS, ad spend against total marketplace sales, so you see whether advertising is growing the business or renting sales you already had.

Auto campaigns eat budget and nobody harvests them

Automatic campaigns are for discovery, not for running your account. Without weekly harvesting, winning search terms never graduate to manual exact-match campaigns and junk terms keep spending. A fixed harvesting cadence is the single biggest fix in most accounts we audit.

You sell on Amazon and Flipkart and manage neither properly

Two consoles, two keyword systems and two deal calendars is a full-time job. We run both from one plan, one budget split and one report, so the marketplace with the better margin gets the money each month, not the one that shouts loudest.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

Account and catalogue audit

Before spend changes, we audit campaign structure, 60 days of search-term reports, listing quality on your top 25 ASINs, Buy Box share and inventory cover, and put the findings in writing with the changes we plan to make and the order we will make them.

Campaign architecture by ASIN role

Hero, support and clearance ASINs get different structures: auto for discovery, broad and phrase for research, exact for scale, product targeting for conquest. One ASIN per ad group where it matters, so bids reflect that product's margin rather than a catalogue average.

Weekly bid and negative harvesting

Every week, search terms that convert move into exact-match campaigns, terms that spend without converting become negatives, and bids are adjusted against a target ACoS set per ASIN. Every change is logged with the date and the reason and shared with you.

Listing keyword optimisation

Ads cannot rescue a listing that does not index for the terms you bid on. We rewrite titles, bullets and backend search terms for your top 10 ASINs on Starter and more on higher tiers, so organic rank compounds the paid work.

Sponsored Brands and Display

From the Growth tier, Sponsored Brands headline and video ads defend your brand terms and take share on category terms, while Sponsored Display retargets shoppers who viewed your ASINs and places you on competitor detail pages.

Brand Store and A+ content refresh

A Brand Store page and A+ content are refreshed for 4 ASINs per month on Growth, so traffic from Sponsored Brands lands on pages that convert and that carry your comparison charts, cross-sell modules and the claims your ads make.

Competitor ASIN conquest

Product-targeting campaigns placed on competitor detail pages where your price, rating or offer wins the comparison. Targets come from a quarterly competitor map of 20 to 30 ASINs, not from every product in the category, so conquest spend stays profitable.

Deal and event pacing

Budgets and bids are planned around Prime Day, Big Billion Days, Great Indian Festival and your own Lightning Deals, with daily caps lifted in advance and inventory checked, so you never advertise a product that is about to go out of stock.

ACoS and TACoS reporting

A monthly report on Starter, a fortnightly dashboard on Growth and weekly calls on Scale, covering ad sales, total sales, ACoS, TACoS, organic rank on tracked keywords and the next period's plan. You keep full access to the advertising console at all times.

How much does Amazon advertising management cost in India in 2026?

Marketplace advertising has three costs: the ad budget you pay Amazon or Flipkart, the management fee you pay the agency, and for brands using Amazon DSP, a media fee on programmatic spend. The ad budget is charged to your seller account and never routed through ours. Mediaverse Digital's management fee starts at ₹30,000 per month for up to 25 ASINs and ₹2 lakh of monthly spend, ₹55,000 for up to 100 ASINs and ₹8 lakh of spend, and ₹1,00,000 or 8 percent of spend, whichever is higher, above that.

Those numbers sit inside the typical Indian range. Agency fees for Amazon PPC typically run ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month under ₹1 lakh of ad spend, ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 between ₹1 and ₹5 lakh, and ₹50,000 to ₹1,25,000 between ₹5 and ₹15 lakh, with percentage models of 8 to 15 percent above ₹10 lakh of spend. DSP carries a separate media fee of 7 to 10 percent of DSP spend, which we bill at cost and show as its own line on the invoice.

The honest minimum ad budget is around ₹75,000 per month for a catalogue to learn. Below that, a 25-ASIN account spreads bids too thin for search-term reports to produce enough data to harvest, and you pay a management fee to watch noise. A single hero ASIN can be tested on less, but a brand that wants organic rank to move needs enough paid orders to signal sales velocity to the ranking algorithm.

What should an Amazon PPC agency do every week?

The marketplace consoles reward routine. Search-term reports refresh daily, competitors change prices overnight and a stock-out on Tuesday can waste a week of bids by Friday. Every week we pull the search-term report, graduate converting terms to exact-match campaigns, add negatives, adjust bids against the target ACoS set for each ASIN's margin, and check inventory cover so ads pause on anything under 3 weeks of stock. The change log is shared, with the date and reason for every edit.

Monthly, we look at the whole account rather than the campaigns. Which ASINs earned their spend, where organic rank moved on tracked keywords, whether TACoS fell as organic grew, and what the deals calendar needs next month. Budget increases are proposed with the numbers and decided by you. On Scale, the same review happens weekly with a senior strategist and an analyst on the call.

  • Weekly: search-term harvesting, negatives, bid changes against per-ASIN targets, stock check, change log
  • Fortnightly on Growth: Sponsored Brands and Display creative rotation, A+ and Brand Store updates
  • Monthly: written ACoS and TACoS report, organic rank movement, next month's deal plan
  • Before every event: budgets pre-loaded, deal ASINs confirmed, inventory verified

Why we report TACoS and not just ACoS

ACoS is ad spend divided by ad-attributed sales. It is easy to make it look good: cut spend to branded terms only and ACoS drops to single digits while the brand stops growing. TACoS is ad spend divided by total marketplace sales, so it captures the organic lift that good paid campaigns produce. A healthy account usually shows ACoS steady or rising slightly while TACoS falls, because organic orders grow faster than ad spend does.

Working from Bangalore, and remotely for sellers across India and for US, UK and UAE brands selling on Amazon India, the pattern we look for is the same: paid orders that push organic rank on the keywords that matter, then spend that shifts from defence to conquest. If TACoS climbs for three months without organic movement, the problem is usually the listing, the price or the reviews, and we will say so rather than raise bids.

Why the seller account and advertising console stay yours

Marketplace accounts hold history that cannot be exported: campaign performance, keyword learnings, Brand Registry, A+ content and the trust signals attached to your seller ID. We work inside your Seller Central and Advertising Console as a user with the permissions needed to run campaigns, and the same on Flipkart Ads. Nothing is created under our entity, and no spend passes through our accounts.

That is also why the plans run month-to-month after the first month. If you stop, you remove our access, the campaigns keep running and every report we sent stays with you. An agency that keeps your ad data has a reason to keep you; we would rather keep you with the numbers on the report, and with the option to leave written into the agreement from day one.

Process

How an engagement runs

1

Free account audit

We review your Seller Central, campaign structure and 60 days of search-term data, or plan a launch from scratch, and send a written list of changes with expected impact. 3 to 5 working days.

2

Restructure and listing pass

Campaigns rebuilt by ASIN role, target ACoS set per product from margin, titles and backend keywords updated on your top ASINs. Live within 10 working days of console access.

3

Harvest and optimise weekly

Search-term harvesting, negatives, bids and stock checks every week with a shared change log. Sponsored Brands and Display join from the Growth tier once the base is stable.

4

Events and conquest

Deal calendars planned 4 weeks ahead, competitor conquest campaigns added where the comparison favours you, DSP and AMC audiences layered in on the Scale tier.

5

Report and rebalance

Monthly ACoS and TACoS report with organic rank movement. Budget shifts between Amazon and Flipkart on margin and velocity, and any increase is your decision.

From the founder

Marketplace ads are the easiest budget in Indian marketing to waste quietly, because the console always shows a number that looks like progress. So the rules are written down before we start: a published fee, a target ACoS per ASIN agreed from your margin, and TACoS on every report next to ACoS. The Seller Central and advertising console stay in your name, our access is a user you can remove, and the weekly change log goes to you as it is written. I read every monthly marketplace report before it is sent, and if the organic numbers are not moving, the report says so in the first line.

FAQ

Amazon & Marketplace Ads questions, answered straight

Mediaverse Digital charges ₹30,000 per month (about $600) for up to 25 ASINs on one marketplace, ₹55,000 for up to 100 ASINs across Amazon and Flipkart, and ₹1,00,000 or 8 percent of spend, whichever is higher, for unlimited ASINs with DSP. Ad budget is separate and paid to the marketplace. Typical Indian agency fees run ₹15,000 to ₹1,25,000 per month depending on spend, so the published tiers sit in the middle of the market with the scope written down.
