Is this for you?

Who influencer marketing is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

We sent free products to 20 creators and nothing happened

Barter seeding without a brief, a deadline, a usage clause or a tracking link produces unboxing stories that vanish in 24 hours. Paid, briefed creators with a coupon code produce content and sales you can count.

One big influencer quoted ₹4 lakh and we cannot tell if it is worth it

A single macro post is a bet on one audience and one day. The same money spread across 15 to 25 micro creators buys more content, more audiences and a spread of results you can learn from before scaling.

Our agency marks up creator fees and will not show us the invoices

Hidden margins on creator payments are the norm in this market. You should see what each creator was paid, what the agency charged on top, and the contract that says what you are allowed to do with the content.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

Campaign brief and creator brief

A one-page campaign brief agreeing goal, audience, product, budget split and success metric, then a creator-facing brief with hooks, do-not-say list, disclosure requirements, deadlines and deliverable specs, approved by you before outreach starts.

Creator shortlist with real numbers

A shortlist of 2 to 3 candidates per slot with audience location and age split, average reel views over the last 10 posts rather than follower count, engagement quality, past brand work and quoted fee. You pick from the list.

Outreach, negotiation and scheduling

We contact creators or their managers, negotiate fees against published market ranges, confirm deliverables and dates, and manage the calendar so posts land in the window that matters, whether that is a launch week or a festival sale.

Contracts, usage rights and disclosures

A written agreement per creator covering deliverables, posting dates, exclusivity, paid and organic usage rights for 90 days or longer, and ASCI-compliant disclosure tags. No creator goes live without a signed contract on file.

Content approvals

Every reel, story and post is reviewed against the brief for claims, disclosure and brand fit before it is published. Revisions are requested once, in writing, so creators keep their own voice and the content does not read as an ad script.

Tracking that survives the campaign

Unique UTM links, per-creator coupon codes and, where relevant, landing pages so that clicks, orders and enquiries are attributed to each creator. For marketplace brands we set up Amazon attribution or affiliate links.

Whitelisting and paid amplification

On Creator Campaign and Always-On we secure ad permissions so the best-performing creator content can run as paid ads from your own ad account, which usually beats brand-shot creative on cost per result.

Creator payments at cost

Creator fees are invoiced to you at the amount the creator was paid, with the 15 percent coordination fee shown as a separate line. Payments are released only after the deliverables are live and verified.

Repurposing pack

Approved content delivered as a folder of raw and captioned files cut for feed, story, ads and website, with a rights sheet listing what each file can be used for and until when. Creator Campaign includes this by default.

Wrap report

A report within 10 days of the last post covering per-creator reach, views, saves, clicks, coupon redemptions, cost per view and cost per order or lead, plus which creators to rebook and which to drop for the next round.

How much does influencer marketing cost in India in 2026?

Three costs make up an influencer campaign: creator fees, agency fees and paid amplification. Creator fees for an Instagram reel in India typically run ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 for nano creators under 10,000 followers, ₹8,000 to ₹75,000 for micro creators, ₹50,000 to ₹3.5 lakh for mid-tier and ₹2 to 8 lakh and above for macro accounts. YouTube integrations cost more: ₹20,000 to ₹1 lakh for micro channels, ₹1 to 5 lakh for mid-sized and ₹5 lakh upwards for large ones. Rates move with niche, city and season, and rise in the fortnight before Diwali.

Indian agencies charge in one of three ways: a project fee of ₹50,000 to ₹5 lakh, a percentage of creator spend of 15 to 25 percent, or a retainer of ₹1.5 to 6 lakh per month. A realistic starter campaign with 8 to 15 creators, properly briefed and tracked, costs ₹1.5 to 3 lakh all-in. Anything quoted far below that is usually barter seeding relabelled as a campaign.

Mediaverse Digital charges a published campaign fee plus 15 percent of creator spend, with creator fees passed through at cost. Creator Seeding is ₹40,000 (about $800) for 5 to 10 nano and micro creators with a creator budget from ₹50,000. Creator Campaign is ₹1,00,000 (about $2,000) for 15 to 30 creators across nano, micro and mid tiers with a creator budget from ₹2 lakh. Always-On Creators is a ₹1,75,000 per month retainer (about $3,500) with no percentage at all, for brands running 10 to 20 activations every month.

Why 15 micro creators usually beat one celebrity

A single macro post concentrates the whole budget on one audience, one creative and one day. If 40 percent of the creator's audience is outside your delivery area, there is no second attempt. Spreading the same ₹3 lakh across 15 to 25 micro creators buys 15 to 25 pieces of content, several distinct audiences, and a range of results wide enough to see which creator type, hook and offer actually converts. The winners get rebooked and whitelisted; the rest cost one small fee to learn from.

Micro creators also carry the trust the format depends on. Audiences under 100,000 followers are usually local or niche, comments are answered by the creator personally, and a recommendation reads as a recommendation rather than a media placement. For a restaurant, a D2C brand or a hotel in Bangalore, a creator whose followers live within delivery distance is worth more than one with ten times the reach in the wrong cities, which is why we check audience city split before shortlisting.

Macro and celebrity creators still have a place in the mix: a national launch, a category where credibility needs a known face, or a campaign that will be amplified with paid media anyway. Even then, test the creative with micro creators first and reserve the large fee for a second wave, once the hook and offer have proved themselves on smaller audiences.

What an influencer marketing agency should handle, from brief to wrap

The value of an agency is not the creator list, which anyone can build in an afternoon. It is the 40 to 60 hours of unglamorous coordination per campaign: chasing quotes, checking that follower counts are real, writing a brief creators will read, negotiating usage rights, keeping 20 posting dates on track, reviewing content against the brief and disclosure rules, releasing payments only when deliverables are live, and pulling every number into one report.

We run that process on a shared tracker you can open at any time, with the status of every creator from shortlisted to paid. A Creator Seeding campaign takes about 3 to 4 weeks from approved brief to last post, and a Creator Campaign about 5 to 7 weeks, because creators need 7 to 10 days to shoot and post once a contract is signed. Delivery is remote for brands across India and for US, UK and UAE brands targeting Indian audiences.

  • Week 1: campaign brief, creator brief, budget split, tracking links and coupon codes ready
  • Week 2: shortlist with audience data and quotes, your selections, contracts issued
  • Weeks 3 to 5: content drafts reviewed, posts scheduled, live monitoring, payments released on delivery
  • Within 10 days of the last post: wrap report with per-creator cost per view and per order
  • Always: creator invoices at cost, rights sheet per file, tracker open to you

How we measure creator campaigns honestly

Screenshots of reach are not measurement. Every creator in our campaigns gets a unique UTM link and coupon code, and where the sale happens on a marketplace we use attribution or affiliate links so orders are visible. Views, saves and shares are recorded from creator insights within 48 hours. The wrap report shows cost per view, cost per click and, where the offer allows it, cost per order or lead for each creator, next to what the same money buys in Meta ads.

The second return is the content itself. Creator reels used as whitelisted ads from your own ad account typically outperform studio creative on cost per result because they look like what people already watch. On Creator Campaign and Always-On we secure paid usage rights in every contract and hand your ads team a repurposing pack, so a ₹2 lakh creator budget also becomes a quarter of ad creative that keeps working after the campaign ends.

Process

How an engagement runs

1

Brief and budget split

Week 1: a one-page campaign brief agrees goal, audience, product, creator tiers and budget split, plus the success metric. Tracking links and coupon codes are created before outreach.

2

Shortlist and selection

Week 2: you receive a shortlist with audience city split, average views, engagement quality and quoted fee per creator. You pick, we negotiate and issue contracts.

3

Content and approvals

Weeks 3 to 4: creators shoot to the brief, drafts are reviewed once against claims, disclosures and brand fit, and posting dates are locked on the shared tracker.

4

Live and amplify

Weeks 4 to 6: posts go live, numbers are captured within 48 hours, payments release on verified delivery, and the best content is whitelisted as ads where the plan includes it.

5

Wrap and rebook

Within 10 days of the last post: wrap report with per-creator cost per view and per order, the repurposing pack, and a rebook list for the next round.

Where we run influencer marketing most

From the founder

The influencer market in India runs on hidden margins, so here is what I commit to. Every creator fee reaches you at the amount the creator was paid, with our 15 percent shown separately. Every creator has a signed contract with usage rights before anything goes live. Every campaign has tracking links and coupon codes set up before outreach, so the wrap report is built from clicks and orders, not screenshots. I review the shortlist and the wrap report on every campaign myself. If a creator underdelivers, the report says so and the fee is withheld until the deliverable is fixed.
