Is this for you?

Who content marketing is built for

If one of these sounds like your week, the service below was designed around it.

We have a blog with 6 posts from 2023 and nobody reads it

A blog that stopped is worse than no blog, because it tells visitors and search engines the business is inactive. A monthly cadence of researched articles on questions buyers actually search rebuilds both.

We tried AI articles and our traffic went nowhere

Generic generated text answers no question better than the ten pages already ranking. Content that earns traffic needs a keyword brief, original examples, real numbers and a person who knows the subject reading it before it goes live.

Our founder has opinions but no time to write them down

A 30-minute interview a month is enough raw material for a ghost-written article, a LinkedIn series and a newsletter. The knowledge is already in the business; the missing piece is an editor and a calendar.

What's included

Everything the engagement covers, in writing

No vague 'digital marketing activities'. This is the deliverables list that goes into your scope document.

Keyword and topic briefs

Each article starts as a one-page brief with the target phrase, search intent, the questions people ask around it, competing pages to beat, suggested structure and internal links. You approve briefs before any writing starts.

Researched SEO articles

Four to twelve pieces per month of 1,200 words, or 2,000 words and above for long-form, written from the brief with original examples, Indian pricing and context where relevant, and a named human editor on every draft.

Answer-first formatting for AI search

Every article opens with a direct 40 to 60 word answer, carries an FAQ block with unique questions, and ships with FAQ, Article and author schema so it can be lifted by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

On-page publishing

We publish inside your CMS, whether WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Sanity or a custom site: title tag, meta description, headings, image alt text, internal links to and from existing pages, and a check in Search Console after indexing.

Content refresh

On Content Authority and above, 2 existing posts per month are updated with current numbers, new sections and fresh internal links. Refreshing a page that already ranks on page 2 is usually the fastest traffic win on the site.

Email newsletter

One newsletter per month written from the month's content and sent from your email tool to your list, with subject line options and a plain-text version. Automation and list growth are scoped under Email Marketing.

Distribution snippets

Each long-form piece is cut into 3 to 5 LinkedIn or social posts and a short summary for WhatsApp broadcasts, so the article does the rounds instead of waiting for search to find it.

Lead magnets, case studies and whitepapers

On Authority, one lead magnet per quarter such as a checklist, calculator or guide. On Thought Leadership, case studies from client interviews and one whitepaper or original research piece per quarter, with a landing page and form.

Founder ghost-writing

On Thought Leadership, a monthly 30 to 45 minute interview with the founder or a subject-matter expert becomes bylined articles and LinkedIn posts in their voice, reviewed by them before publishing.

Monthly performance report

A report covering impressions, clicks, average position and pages gaining or losing in Search Console, enquiries attributed to content in GA4, AI-citation checks for target queries, and the next month's calendar with briefs attached.

How much does content marketing cost in India in 2026?

Indian content pricing runs on two scales, per piece and per month. A researched 1,000-word SEO article from a competent writer or small agency typically costs ₹3,500 to ₹8,000. Thought-leadership pieces with interviews and original argument run ₹12,000 to ₹22,000. Agencies that price per word charge ₹3 to ₹10, so a 1,200-word article lands between ₹3,600 and ₹12,000 depending on research and editing. Below that you are usually buying unedited generated text.

Monthly packages start at ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 for 4 articles plus social snippets and a newsletter, retainers with strategy and publishing run ₹15,000 to ₹60,000, and premium programs with ghost-writing, research pieces and digital PR sit between ₹80,000 and ₹3 lakh per month. The difference between bands is rarely the writing; it is whether someone builds briefs from search data, publishes and links properly, refreshes what ranks and reports on results.

Mediaverse Digital publishes four prices. Content Foundations is ₹30,000 per month (about $600) for 4 SEO articles, publishing, 1 newsletter and AI-search formatting. Content Authority is ₹60,000 (about $1,200) for 8 pieces including 2 long-form, a quarterly calendar, a lead magnet each quarter and 2 refreshes a month. Thought Leadership is ₹1,20,000 (about $2,400) for 12 pieces with founder ghost-writing, a quarterly whitepaper and digital PR pitching. A single publishing-ready article is ₹6,000 (about $120) at 1,000 to 1,200 words, or ₹12,000 for 2,000 words and above. GST applies for Indian clients.

What should a content marketing agency do every month?

Content marketing is a pipeline, and a pipeline has stages you can inspect. In the first week of every month the briefs for next month are drafted from Search Console data, keyword research and the questions your sales team is hearing, and sent for approval. Writing happens in weeks 2 and 3, with an editor pass on every draft for accuracy, claims, repetition and the specific Indian context the piece needs. Publishing, internal linking and schema happen in week 4, and each URL is submitted for indexing the day it goes live.

Alongside the new pieces, the agency should be looking backwards. Pages sitting at positions 8 to 20 in Search Console are the cheapest traffic on the site, and a refresh with updated numbers, a better opening answer and two new internal links often moves them in 3 to 6 weeks. Each month's report should show which pages gained, which lost, what the content brought in as enquiries, and which target queries now cite your page in AI answers. A report that is a list of published titles is a writing service, not content marketing.

  • Week 1: next month's briefs from search data and sales questions, sent for approval
  • Weeks 2 to 3: drafting, editor pass, your review of anything technical or regulated
  • Week 4: publishing with internal links, schema and indexing requests; refreshes of 2 older posts
  • Monthly: written performance report and a 30-minute call on Authority and above
  • Quarterly: calendar reset, lead magnet or research piece, cluster review

How we use AI in content, and where we refuse to

We use AI tools for the parts of the job where they are genuinely good: clustering keyword lists, summarising competing pages, drafting outline options and checking a draft for repetition. We do not publish generated text as an article. Every piece is written or substantially rewritten by a person working from the brief, includes at least one example, number or observation that does not exist on the ten pages already ranking, and is read by an editor before you see it.

This matters more in 2026. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity cite pages that answer a question directly, with specifics, from an identifiable author. A page that reads like every other page is not cited by anyone. That is why each article opens with a 40 to 60 word answer, carries unique FAQs with schema, names an author with a real profile and includes Indian prices, timelines and examples where the topic calls for them. Getting cited by AI engines is a content problem before it is a technical one.

Why we publish, link and refresh instead of emailing documents

Most content agencies deliver a Word file and consider the job done. Then the article sits in a folder, gets pasted in without a title tag, links to nothing and is never touched again. Half the value of an article is in what happens after the draft: the internal links from your existing pages that pass authority, the FAQ schema, the indexing request, the check two weeks later to see whether it appeared, and the refresh six months on when the numbers are stale. Every plan includes that work, because content that is not published properly is a cost with no return.

You own everything. Articles are published under your domain and your author names, source files live in your Drive, and if you stop the plan with 15 days notice the content, calendar and briefs stay with you. Delivery is remote for clients across India and for US, UK and UAE businesses, with a writer briefed on the target market. The team works from Bangalore, and the parent business, The Mediaverse, has run outdoor campaigns for 500+ brands across 50+ Indian cities, so the writing carries a working knowledge of how Indian buyers search, compare and decide.

Process

How an engagement runs

1

Content audit and plan

Week 1: we review existing pages in Search Console, map keyword clusters and buyer questions, and agree the first quarter's calendar and target phrases in writing.

2

Briefs and voice

Week 2: a voice and style sheet, author profiles, the first month's briefs for your approval, and CMS access set up so publishing happens inside your site.

3

Write, edit, publish

Weeks 3 to 5: first articles drafted, edited, reviewed by you where the subject is technical or regulated, then published with internal links, schema and indexing requests.

4

Monthly pipeline

From month 2: briefs by the 7th, drafts by the 21st, publishing by month end, 2 refreshes on Authority and above, and a written performance report with the next calendar.

5

Quarterly review

Every 3 months we compare clicks, positions and enquiries against the plan, retire clusters that are not moving, and set the next quarter's lead magnet or research piece.

Industries

Where we run content marketing most

From the founder

Content is the easiest service to fake and the slowest to prove, so I keep it honest with a few rules. No article is written without a brief you have approved. No piece is published without a named author, an opening answer and at least one thing that is not already on page one. Every plan includes publishing, internal links and a refresh cycle, because a document in a folder earns nothing. The monthly report is pulled from Search Console and GA4, which you can open yourself, and I read it before it is sent. If a cluster is not moving after a quarter, we say so and change the plan.
