Mobile Van Branding in Pune (2026): the Two-Part Card, the Real Cost per Day by Booking Length and Why 10 Days Can Beat 9

Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 and Rs.10,000 one-time fabrication, then Rs.3,000, Rs.3,500 and Rs.7,500 a day for a T-Shape, L-Shape and LED van: that is the whole Pune card on our live page, with the day rates dropping to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000 from 10 days. Spread over a booking, a T-Shape costs Rs.11,000 for one day and Rs.2,967 a day over 30, and an L-Shape is Rs.1,500 cheaper for 10 days than for 9. This guide works the card by booking length, checks the page's three audience clocks against its 6-hour day, costs its three Pune deployments and dates its booking rules from 30 October 2026.

The live Pune van card is two numbers per format: a one-time fabrication charge and a day rate that falls from the tenth day. Here is what one van costs at 1, 7, 9, 10, 14, 30 and 60 days, where the slab makes 10 days cheaper than 9, how the page's three audience clocks fit a 6-hour run, what its three deployments cost on the card, and the booking dates from today.

Why does a Pune van cost Rs.11,000 on its first day and Rs.2,967 a day by its thirtieth? Because our live Pune mobile van page publishes a two-part card: a one-time fabrication charge to build the branded structure, then a day rate that falls once a booking reaches 10 days. The fabrication is Rs.8,000 for a T-Shape centre board, Rs.20,000 for an L-Shape box van and Rs.10,000 for an LED truck fit-out. The day rates are Rs.3,000, Rs.3,500 and Rs.7,500, easing to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000 from the tenth day. Each day buys a 40 km, 6 hour route with design support, PMC and PCMC permits, installation, GPS tracking and daily photo reports inside the rate, the minimum booking is one day, GST is extra and go-live is 48 hours from artwork approval. Everything in this guide was read from the live Pune page on 30 October 2026; the per-day effective rates, the 9-against-10 comparison, the deployment costings, the GST totals and the dates are our arithmetic. Our earlier Pune van guide from May is a corridor and regulator piece whose rate figures the live card now supersedes, so nothing here is quoted from it.

What are the two parts of the Pune van card, and what does each buy?

The page repeats the card in its TL;DR, its pricing section, its format specifications, its pricing table and its FAQ, and the figures agree in all five places. Part one is fabrication, paid once per van: it builds the MS angle frame and 12 mm sunboard structure of an L-Shape, the elevated panel of a T-Shape, or fits the P6 panels into an LED truck, and the page specifies calendered vinyl with monsoon-grade lamination rated for Pune's 1,400 mm Western Ghats rainfall on the printed formats and an IP65 sealed enclosure at 5,500 nits on the LED. Part two is the day rate, and the page lists what sits inside it: design support, PMC permits (PMC and PCMC permits in the format section), professional installation, GPS tracking and daily photo reports, with Marathi and English bilingual reporting named in the format section.

Most Popular

T-Shape centre board van

Rs.8,000 fabrication + Rs.3,000 a dayRs.2,700 a day from 10 days

One elevated panel above the cab, built to clear two-wheeler traffic on FC Road, JM Road and Kothrud. The page calls it the student format. One day with fabrication: Rs.11,000, Rs.12,980 with GST.

L-Shape box van

Rs.20,000 fabrication + Rs.3,500 a dayRs.3,000 a day from 10 days

Three branded faces on a Tata 407 or Eicher chassis, MS angle frame, 12 mm sunboard, monsoon-grade lamination rated for 1,400 mm rainfall. The page builds it for the Hinjewadi approach and wide arterials. One day with fabrication: Rs.23,500, Rs.27,730 with GST.

LED display truck

Rs.10,000 fabrication + Rs.7,500 a dayRs.7,000 a day from 10 days

P6 panels at 5,500 nits on an Eicher 14-footer with an IP65 sealed enclosure and directional audio. The page keeps it for Ganesh Chaturthi immersion routes, Koregaon Park weekends and corporate events. One day with fabrication: Rs.17,500, Rs.20,650 with GST.

The Mediaverse published Pune mobile van card, read from the live Pune service page on 2026-10-30. Fabrication is paid once per van; the day rate is per van per day for a 40 km, 6 hour route with design, PMC and PCMC permits, installation, GPS tracking and daily photo reports included. The reduced rate applies to bookings of 10 days or more. Minimum 1 day. GST 18 percent extra; with-GST figures are our arithmetic.

This is the same two-part structure as our Jaipur and Lucknow cards and the opposite of our Delhi card, which publishes a flat day rate with no fabrication line and no slab. The practical difference is that a Pune van has a fixed entry cost before the first kilometre, so the shorter the booking, the more of the invoice is structure rather than road time. The page's own advice, in its founder note, is a 14-day run for a brand new to Pune, and the next section shows why 14 is where the fabrication stops dominating.

What does a Pune van really cost per day once fabrication is spread over the booking?

The card gives you a day rate, but a buyer pays fabrication plus days, so the number worth planning on is the total divided by the days. The table runs each format from a single day to 60 days, applying the reduced rate to every day of a booking of 10 or more, which is how the page describes the slab ("book 10 or more days and the daily rate drops"). A 1-day T-Shape is Rs.11,000, not Rs.3,000, and a 1-day LED truck is Rs.17,500, not Rs.7,500.

Our arithmetic: one Pune van by booking length, fabrication plus day rate, before GST, with the effective cost per day in brackets

9 daysRs.35,000 (Rs.3,889)Rs.51,500 (Rs.5,722)Rs.77,500 (Rs.8,611)
10 days (slab rate applies)Rs.35,000 (Rs.3,500)Rs.50,000 (Rs.5,000)Rs.80,000 (Rs.8,000)
14 days (the founder note's first campaign)Rs.45,800 (Rs.3,271)Rs.62,000 (Rs.4,429)Rs.1,08,000 (Rs.7,714)
30 daysRs.89,000 (Rs.2,967)Rs.1,10,000 (Rs.3,667)Rs.2,20,000 (Rs.7,333)

60 daysRs.1,70,000 (Rs.2,833)Rs.2,00,000 (Rs.3,333)Rs.4,30,000 (Rs.7,167)

Three readings follow. First, the single-day van is expensive per day but it exists, which no other outdoor format on our cards offers: the auto hood needs 300 autos, no-parking boards 1,000 and an insertion 50,000 copies. Second, the T-Shape crosses Rs.3,500 a day effective at exactly 10 days and settles below Rs.3,000 only from 30 days, so the page's Rs.2,700 slab rate is a figure you approach, not one you pay on a fortnight. Third, the L-Shape's Rs.20,000 fabrication is 2.5 times the T-Shape's, so at 14 days an L-Shape day effectively costs Rs.4,429 against the Rs.3,000 the founder note quotes for the same run; the Rs.3,000 is the day rate alone, and the note says so, but the invoice does not.

Is a 10-day Pune booking cheaper than a 9-day one?

For an L-Shape, yes. The slab takes Rs.500 off every day of a 10-day booking, which is Rs.5,000, and the tenth day itself costs Rs.3,000 at the reduced rate, so a 10-day L-Shape is Rs.50,000 against Rs.51,500 for 9 days. A buyer who wants 9 days of L-Shape should book 10 and keep the change. For a T-Shape the two bookings tie: Rs.300 off ten days is Rs.3,000, which is exactly one day at the old rate, so days 9 and 10 both cost Rs.35,000 with fabrication and the tenth day is free. For an LED truck the slab saving of Rs.5,000 is smaller than the Rs.7,000 tenth day, so 10 days costs Rs.2,500 more than 9.

Our arithmetic: 9 days against 10 days on the Pune card, fabrication included, before GST

T-Shape (Rs.300 a day slab)Rs.35,000Rs.35,000Nil: the tenth day is free

Two LED trucks, the restaurant deployment extendedRs.1,55,000Rs.1,60,000Rs.5,000 more, if non-consecutive days count

The cliff also decides how to read the page's Koregaon Park restaurant deployment, which runs two LED trucks for 8 days spread over four weekends at standard rates. Had the restaurant added a fifth weekend, the question becomes whether 10 non-consecutive days count as a 10-day booking. The page does not say. Ask the written quote, because on an LED truck the answer is worth Rs.10,000 across two vans.

Can one 6-hour Pune van day reach all three of the page's audience clocks?

The page's central claim is that Pune runs three audience clocks and one van can work all of them in a day. It gives the windows: an IT commuter clock from 7:30 to 9:30 AM on weekdays at the Hinjewadi and Kharadi approach roads, a student clock from 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday on FC Road, Kothrud and JM Road, and a weekend leisure clock from Friday 6 PM to Sunday 10 PM in Koregaon Park and on the Expressway feeder. It also publishes the day: 40 km and 6 hours. Those two facts do not fit in one box. The IT and student clocks together run from 7:30 AM to 7 PM, 11.5 hours; the leisure clock does not exist on a Monday to Thursday; and on a Friday the gap between the end of the IT window and the start of the leisure window is 8.5 hours, longer than the whole van day.

So on the card as written, a weekday van covers the IT clock and the first 3.5 hours of the student clock if it starts at 7:30, or the student clock alone if it starts at 10. A Friday van that must reach Koregaon Park after 6 PM gives up the Hinjewadi morning. The page's own route planner section reads the same way: stage at Hinjewadi by 7:40, move to the exit side at 5 PM, peel toward Balewadi as the flow thins, which is a 10-hour day, not 6. None of this makes the three-clock idea wrong; it makes it a two-day or split-shift plan. Ask the quote whether the 6 hours can be split into a morning and an evening block on the same day rate, and if not, price the third clock as a second van-day.

Where does the page say a Pune van stands longest?

The page's most specific operational data is a table of five dwell hotspots with an average peak-hour stop duration and an audience figure for each. It labels them indicative estimates from its own Pune fleet experience, which is the right way to use them: they are the page's estimates, not a traffic authority's count, and they add to 83 minutes of standing time inside a 6-hour day.

The five dwell hotspots on the Pune van page, with its own peak-hour dwell and audience figures

University Road and FC Road junction12 minutes60,000 daily footfallStudent, 10 AM to 7 PM
All five83 minutesOur arithmeticJust under a quarter of a 6-hour day

The Hinjewadi figure is the one the page builds its IT clock around: a single approach road where speed falls to 5 km/h between 8:00 and 9:30 AM and a commuter has the van in view for roughly 22 minutes. Chandni Chowk at Bavdhan and the Kharadi EON access road are the two the page credits for the Baner-Pashan-Kothrud and eastern IT audiences, and the University Road junction is the student stop. A 40 km route that passes all five spends more than a fifth of its 6 hours stationary, which on a flat day rate is the point: order the stops by clock and the van earns its dwell at each.

Which van format does the page send to which Pune zone?

The page groups the city into five zone groups and gives each format a role. The L-Shape is built for the IT corridor and wide arterials, the Pune-Nashik Highway and DP Road, where three branded faces read from 200 metres across multi-lane traffic. The T-Shape is the student format, its single elevated panel sitting above what the page calls India's highest two-wheeler density per capita on FC Road, JM Road and Kothrud. The LED truck is kept for the event economy: Ganesh Chaturthi immersion routes, Koregaon Park Friday and Saturday evenings and Hinjewadi corporate events.

Two language notes from the page travel with the zones: English-first creative with a short Marathi line for Hinjewadi's pan-Indian workforce, Marathi-first for the PCMC industrial routes through Bhosari and Chakan and for Kothrud and Shivajinagar. The page does not publish a second fabrication charge for a second-language creative, so a brand that wants both versions should ask whether the Rs.8,000 or Rs.20,000 covers one wrap or two.

What would the page's three Pune deployments cost on its own card?

The page describes three example campaigns, one per clock, each with a fleet, a duration, a rate tier and a goal, and none with a price. That is more honest than a round number with no card behind it, and it means the costing is ours. The arithmetic applies the 10-day rate where the page says "10+ day rates" and the standard rate where it says "standard daily rates", and adds one fabrication charge per van.

Our arithmetic: the page's three Pune deployments costed on its own card, before and with 18 percent GST

The coaching deployment is the one that shows the slab working: 63 van-days at Rs.2,700 instead of Rs.3,000 saves Rs.18,900, more than the Rs.24,000 fabrication on two of the three vans. The restaurant deployment is the one that shows fabrication dominating: Rs.20,000 of structure against Rs.1,20,000 of road time on 16 van-days, and an effective Rs.8,750 per van-day against the Rs.7,500 headline. The founder note's 14-day L-Shape run for a new brand, priced the same way, is Rs.62,000 before GST and Rs.73,160 with it, and the Rs.3,000 a day it quotes is the day rate after fabrication, exactly as the note says.

What can be booked in Pune between today and Ganesh Chaturthi 2027?

The page publishes four timing rules: go-live 48 hours from artwork approval; Ganesh Chaturthi immersion route positions booked 30 days ahead, 45 days for an LED truck on immersion day itself; a June to August admission season when 2 lakh new students arrive; and a line that Hinjewadi morning positions run a waitlist through Q3. Applied from Friday 30 October 2026, with Ganesh Chaturthi 2027 falling on Saturday 4 September 2027 on most panchang listings and Anant Chaturdashi, the main immersion day, on Tuesday 14 September 2027, the dates fall as below. The Q3 waitlist line has expired, since the third quarter of 2026 ended on 30 September; ask whether a waitlist is still running before planning on a Hinjewadi morning slot.

Our arithmetic: the page's Pune timing rules applied from Friday 30 October 2026

Two things the page does not publish for Pune: a Diwali rule and a monsoon surcharge. Diwali is Sunday 8 November 2026, and a 10-day T-Shape booked today runs from 1 to 10 November across it for Rs.35,000 before GST on the card, with no festival premium stated. The monsoon section says the materials are rated for it and the constraint is audience behaviour, not equipment, so June to September bookings are priced on the same card. The page's E-E-A-T badge dates its last update to 1 April 2026, which is seven months before today; the card itself has not moved in that time on our reading, but confirm the three day rates in the written quote.

What does the same money buy in Pune's other outdoor formats?

The van is the only outdoor format on our cards with a one-day minimum, so the honest comparison is at the other formats' floors. Our Pune auto branding page charges Rs.650 per hood at 300 to 499 autos and Rs.630 at 500 and above with a 300-auto minimum, so its smallest booking is Rs.1,95,000. Our national back panel card is Rs.170 at 500 to 799 with a 500-panel minimum, Rs.85,000. No-parking boards are Rs.45 at 1,000 to 4,999 with a 1,000-board minimum, Rs.45,000, and an A5 newspaper insertion is Rs.1.25 a copy with a 50,000-copy minimum, Rs.62,500. The table converts each floor into Pune van-days after one fabrication charge, at the 10-day rate where the result is 10 days or more.

Our arithmetic: each Pune outdoor format's smallest bookable order, converted into T-Shape, L-Shape and LED van-days after one fabrication charge

Mobile van, 1 dayRs.11,000 (T-Shape)1Rs.23,500 for 1Rs.17,500 for 1

The point is not that one format beats another; a hood sits on 300 autos for a month while a van is one vehicle for a day. It is that Rs.45,000, the smallest Pune outdoor budget that clears any minimum, buys 13 T-Shape van-days with the slab, and Rs.1,95,000, the auto floor, buys 69. A brand that cannot yet commit to 300 autos has a Pune format it can test for Rs.11,000 before GST, and that is the van card's real distinction.

Which Pune van figures do we not plan on?

The page carries a second set of numbers that are estimates, comparisons or claims rather than card lines, and a buyer should know which are which. The 70,000 to 1,30,000 daily impressions per van and the Rs.12 to Rs.22 CPM are the page's estimates and it labels them so. The comparison table's Rs.60 to Rs.170 digital CPM, Rs.28 to Rs.60 hoarding CPM and 38 percent ad-blocker figure are marked indicative and come with no source. The 65 percent festival spending surge, the 25 lakh Ganesh Chaturthi visitors, the 8 lakh immersion-day pedestrians and the 15 lakh at Dagdusheth Halwai are stated without a source. The "30 percent lower cost per student impression than L-Shape" line is a ratio of two estimates. And the student amplification effect is described as "in our experience" with an A/B test that gives no numbers. We plan on the card, the 40 km and 6 hour day, the 48-hour go-live, the 30 and 45 day festival rules and the five dwell figures as estimates; we do not plan on any of the rest.

Three Pune van plans that are bookable on today's card

Each plan below uses only the published card and the published timing rules, with the totals before and with 18 percent GST as our arithmetic. Plan one, the test: one T-Shape van for 10 days from Sunday 1 November on the FC Road, Kothrud and JM Road student loop, Rs.8,000 fabrication plus 10 days at Rs.2,700, Rs.35,000 before GST and Rs.41,300 with it, the cheapest booking on the card that earns the slab. Plan two, the founder's fortnight: one L-Shape van for 14 days on the Hinjewadi morning approach and the Baner-Balewadi evening return, Rs.20,000 plus 14 days at Rs.3,000, Rs.62,000 before GST and Rs.73,160 with it. Plan three, the festival: one LED truck for 10 days across Ganesh Chaturthi 2027, booked by 31 July 2027 to meet the 45-day immersion rule, Rs.10,000 plus 10 days at Rs.7,000, Rs.80,000 before GST and Rs.94,400 with it; for 9 days without immersion day it is Rs.77,500. Every plan is one van; add a second van and the fabrication line doubles with it.

Frequently asked questions about mobile van branding in Pune

What is included in the Pune van day rate?

The page lists design support, PMC permits (PMC and PCMC permits in its format section), professional installation, GPS tracking and daily photo reports inside the Rs.3,000, Rs.3,500 and Rs.7,500 day rates, with Marathi and English bilingual reporting and monsoon-rated materials named for every format. The day is a 40 km, 6 hour route. Not inside the day rate: the one-time fabrication of Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 or Rs.10,000, and 18 percent GST. Whether a second-language creative needs a second fabrication charge is not published, so ask before approving two artworks.

What does a 14-day Pune van campaign cost on the live card?

The founder note on the page recommends a 14-day L-Shape run on the Hinjewadi, FC Road and Koregaon Park circuit for a brand new to Pune and quotes Rs.3,000 a day at that length. On the card that run is Rs.20,000 fabrication plus 14 days at the slab rate of Rs.3,000, so Rs.62,000 before GST and Rs.73,160 with it, an effective Rs.4,429 per day. The same 14 days on a T-Shape is Rs.45,800 before GST and on an LED truck Rs.1,08,000, our arithmetic from the published figures.

How much do the Pune van page's own example campaigns cost?

The page prices none of them, so the costing is ours from its card. The Hinjewadi SaaS drive, four L-Shape vans for 30 days at the slab rate, is Rs.80,000 fabrication plus Rs.3,60,000 of road time, Rs.4,40,000 before GST. The FC Road coaching drive, three T-Shape vans for 21 days at the slab rate, is Rs.1,94,100. The Koregaon Park restaurant launch, two LED trucks over four weekends for 8 days at standard rates, is Rs.1,40,000. With 18 percent GST those become Rs.5,19,200, Rs.2,29,038 and Rs.1,65,200.

Which Pune van format suits FC Road, and which suits Hinjewadi?

The page assigns the T-Shape centre board van to the student belt of FC Road, Kothrud, Deccan and JM Road, because its single elevated panel clears Pune's two-wheeler traffic, at Rs.3,000 a day after Rs.8,000 fabrication. It assigns the L-Shape box van to the Hinjewadi approach road and wide arterials, where three branded faces read from 200 metres, at Rs.3,500 a day after Rs.20,000 fabrication. The LED truck at Rs.7,500 a day is kept for Koregaon Park weekends, Ganesh Chaturthi and events, not for either daily corridor.

Does the Pune van page publish a monsoon or Diwali surcharge?

No. The monsoon section says the vinyl, adhesives and LED enclosures are rated for Pune's 1,400 mm June to September rainfall and that the constraint in the rains is audience behaviour, not equipment, so monsoon bookings sit on the same card. The page names Ganesh Chaturthi and the June to August admission season as its two seasonal windows and publishes no Diwali rule, so a 10-day T-Shape booked today for 1 to 10 November, across Diwali on 8 November 2026, is Rs.35,000 before GST on the card as written.

How much does mobile van branding cost in Pune per day?

On our live 2026 Pune card a van has two charges: one-time fabrication of Rs.8,000 for a T-Shape centre board, Rs.20,000 for an L-Shape box van or Rs.10,000 for an LED truck, then a day rate of Rs.3,000, Rs.3,500 or Rs.7,500 for a 40 km, 6 hour route with design, PMC and PCMC permits, installation, GPS tracking and daily photos included. From 10 days the day rates drop to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000. A single T-Shape day therefore costs Rs.11,000 before 18 percent GST, and a 30-day T-Shape Rs.89,000.

Is it cheaper to book a Pune van for 10 days than for 9?

For an L-Shape, yes: the 10-day slab takes Rs.500 off every day, so 10 days costs Rs.50,000 with fabrication against Rs.51,500 for 9. For a T-Shape the two tie at Rs.35,000, because Rs.300 off ten days equals one standard day, so the tenth day is free. For an LED truck the Rs.5,000 slab saving is smaller than the Rs.7,000 tenth day, so 10 days costs Rs.2,500 more than 9. Whether non-consecutive weekend days count toward the 10 is not published; ask the written quote.

Can one Pune van reach IT workers, students and weekend crowds in a single day?

Not inside the 6 hours a day rate buys, on the page's own windows. The IT clock runs 7:30 to 9:30 AM on weekdays, the student clock 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Saturday and the leisure clock Friday 6 PM to Sunday 10 PM, a span of more than 14 hours. A weekday 6-hour run reaches the IT clock and part of the student clock, or the student clock alone; the leisure clock needs a Friday evening 8.5 hours after the IT window ends. Treat the three-clock route as a split shift to confirm in the quote, or as two van-days.

How far ahead should a Pune van be booked?

The page gives three rules: go-live is 48 hours from artwork approval, Ganesh Chaturthi immersion route positions need 30 days and an LED truck on immersion day itself needs 45. From 30 October 2026 that means a van approved today is on the road on 1 November, and for Ganesh Chaturthi 2027, which most panchang listings place on 4 September with the main immersion on 14 September, a route position should be booked by 5 August 2027 and an immersion-day LED truck by 31 July 2027. The page's Hinjewadi waitlist line referred to Q3, which has passed.
