Rs.62,000 before GST is the first number our own Jaipur van page gives a brand that has never advertised in the city: one L-Shape box van on MI Road for 14 days, at Rs.20,000 one-time fabrication plus Rs.3,000 a day. It is a sensible start, and it is one of three formats, two day-rate slabs and four booking windows the same page publishes. A T-Shape van is Rs.8,000 fabrication plus Rs.3,000 a day, an L-Shape Rs.20,000 plus Rs.3,500, and an LED display truck Rs.10,000 plus Rs.7,500, falling to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000 a day from 10 days, with a one-day minimum and GST extra. That is the same two-part card our Hyderabad page publishes. What makes Jaipur different is the roads: a Walled City where only the T-Shape fits, a tourist corridor with a 10 percent seasonal premium, and a November to February wedding season whose booking windows close this month. Every figure here was read from the live Jaipur van page on 13 October 2026; the totals, averages and dates are our arithmetic.
What does a mobile van cost in Jaipur by format and number of days?
Every Jaipur van is quoted in two parts: a fabrication charge paid once per creative, and a day rate per van per run day. The day rate covers the route run, driver, fuel, JMC and Walled City permits, GPS tracking and daily Hindi-English photo reports, so there is no separate permit fee to budget. The page publishes none. The lower slab applies automatically once a booking reaches 10 days.
T-Shape centre board van
One elevated board above the cab, compact enough for Walled City lanes. The page sends it to Johari Bazaar, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and coaching belts. One day: Rs.11,000 before GST.
L-Shape box van
Three branded faces on a Tata 407 chassis with vinyl rated for 47°C. The page uses it on MI Road, JLN Marg and Ajmer Road township runs. One day: Rs.23,500 before GST.
LED display truck
P6 LED panels rated at 6,500 nits with a Hindi voiceover. The page books it for the palace-venue circuit, JLF week and the Amber Fort road. One day: Rs.17,500 before GST.
The Mediaverse published Jaipur mobile van card, read from the live Jaipur service page on 2026-10-13. Fabrication is one-time per creative; day rates are per van per day; the reduced rate applies to bookings of 10 days or more. Minimum booking 1 day. GST 18 percent extra. One-day totals are our arithmetic.
The number most buyers want is the total for the length they have in mind. Here it is for one van, before GST.
Our arithmetic: one van in Jaipur by booking length, before GST
| Booking length | T-Shape | L-Shape | LED truck | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 day | Rs.11,000 | Rs.23,500 | Rs.17,500 | |
| 3 days | Rs.17,000 | Rs.30,500 | Rs.32,500 | |
| 5 days | Rs.23,000 | Rs.37,500 | Rs.47,500 | |
| 9 days | Rs.35,000 | Rs.51,500 | Rs.77,500 | |
| 10 days (lower slab) | Rs.35,000 | Rs.50,000 | Rs.80,000 | |
| 14 days | Rs.45,800 | Rs.62,000 | Rs.1,08,000 | |
| 30 days | Rs.89,000 | Rs.1,10,000 | Rs.2,20,000 |
Two things fall out of that table. First, the slab edge behaves differently by format: a 10-day T-Shape costs exactly what a 9-day one does, a 10-day L-Shape costs Rs.1,500 less than 9 days, and a 10-day LED truck costs Rs.2,500 more, because its discount is only Rs.500 a day. Our Ahmedabad van guide works that edge in detail on the same card. Second, fabrication dominates short bookings: on a one-day L-Shape it is 85 percent of the bill, on a 30-day one 18 percent. At 30 days the all-in average is Rs.2,967 a van-day for a T-Shape, Rs.3,667 for an L-Shape and Rs.7,333 for an LED truck.
Which van format fits which Jaipur road?
This is the decision that matters most in Jaipur, and the page is unusually specific about it. The Walled City bazaars are a T-Shape-only zone: the page says its T-Shape vans are dimensioned for the tight lanes of Johari Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar and Tripolia, streets where a full-size canter physically cannot turn, and that they run with JMC Walled City heritage clearance. An L-Shape brief for Johari Bazaar is not a dearer option. It is a route that cannot be driven.
Format by Jaipur road, as the live Jaipur van page assigns it
| Road or belt | Format the page assigns | Run window on the page | October to March rate | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Johari Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar, Tripolia (Walled City) | T-Shape only | 11 AM to 3 PM trading hours | Not named in the premium | |
| MI Road, C-Scheme | L-Shape; LED in JLF week | 9 AM to 12 PM tour-bus window | Standard, stated on the page | |
| Hawa Mahal Road, Amer Road (Jal Mahal stretch) | LED truck or L-Shape | 9 AM to 12 PM tour-bus window | 10 percent premium | |
| Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar, Malviya Nagar | T-Shape | 5 to 8 PM evening runs | Not named in the premium | |
| Ajmer Road township belt | L-Shape | Not stated | Not named in the premium | |
| Rambagh, Jai Mahal, Samode, Chomu palace circuit | LED truck | November to February, early-evening venue passes | Not named in the premium | |
| Diggi Palace approach, C-Scheme, MI Road | LED truck | JLF week in January | Standard on C-Scheme and MI Road |
Two consequences follow. A campaign that needs both the bazaar and the tourist corridor needs two vans or two legs, and the page recommends two creative versions anyway: Hindi-first with the offer and phone number set large in Devanagari for bazaar and residential legs, bilingual for the tourist corridor. And the loop the page calls the MI Road to Amber Fort tourist loop starts on a standard-rate road and ends on a premium one, so ask which rate the quote applies to the whole day.
How much does the tourist-corridor premium add in Jaipur?
The pricing note on the page says tourist corridor routes, naming Hawa Mahal and Amer Road, carry a 10 percent premium during peak season, October to March, while MI Road and C-Scheme routes stay at standard rates. The same page also says, in its month-by-month section, that rates stay identical year-round, and in its wedding note that rates stay as listed. Those cannot all be true for an LED truck on Amer Road in December. We plan on the premium and, as our Hyderabad guide did for that city's corridor premium, read it as applying to the day rate rather than to the one-time fabrication.
Our arithmetic: standard route against an Amer Road or Hawa Mahal route, October to March, before GST
| Format and length | Standard route | Tourist corridor | Extra | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LED truck, 1 day | Rs.17,500 | Rs.18,250 | Rs.750 | |
| LED truck, 5 days | Rs.47,500 | Rs.51,250 | Rs.3,750 | |
| LED truck, 14 days | Rs.1,08,000 | Rs.1,17,800 | Rs.9,800 | |
| L-Shape, 14 days | Rs.62,000 | Rs.66,200 | Rs.4,200 | |
| L-Shape, 30 days | Rs.1,10,000 | Rs.1,19,000 | Rs.9,000 | |
| 2 LED trucks, 60 days (the page’s tourism deployment) | Rs.8,60,000 | Rs.9,44,000 | Rs.84,000 |
From April to September the premium does not apply on any reading, which is one reason the page itself calls July to September the best value window for coaching, healthcare and FMCG brands building frequency before the festive ramp.
What does the page's wedding-season van plan cost?
The founder note on the Jaipur page gives a specific plan: start 2 T-Shape vans on Johari Bazaar plus MI Road from 1 November, when wedding shopping begins, add 1 LED truck on the palace-venue circuit from 1 December, when the peak sawa dates start, and run through mid-February. Every leg passes 10 days, so the whole plan prices at the lower slab. The page does not total it. We have, taking mid-February as 15 February, which makes 107 days for each T-Shape and 77 days for the LED truck.
Our arithmetic: the Jaipur page's wedding-season plan at the 10-day-plus slab
| Leg | Days | Fabrication | Running | Total before GST | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| T-Shape van 1, Johari Bazaar and MI Road | 107 | Rs.8,000 | Rs.2,88,900 | Rs.2,96,900 | |
| T-Shape van 2, Johari Bazaar and MI Road | 107 | Rs.8,000 | Rs.2,88,900 | Rs.2,96,900 | |
| LED truck, palace-venue circuit | 77 | Rs.10,000 | Rs.5,39,000 | Rs.5,49,000 | |
| Plan total | 291 van-days | Rs.26,000 | Rs.11,16,800 | Rs.11,42,800 | |
| Plan total with 18 percent GST | Rs.13,48,504 |
That averages Rs.3,927 a van-day. Two smaller shapes are possible on the same card. One T-Shape for 30 days in December, the format the page's jewellery-showroom deployment uses, is Rs.89,000 before GST. The LED truck alone for the 31 days of December is Rs.10,000 plus Rs.2,17,000, so Rs.2,27,000. If any part of the palace circuit is billed as tourist corridor, the premium on the full plan's LED leg is at most Rs.53,900.
How far ahead should you book a van in Jaipur?
The page publishes four windows, and they apply to different things. Here they are with the dates they imply for this season.
Booking windows on the live Jaipur van page, with this season's dates (our arithmetic)
| What you book | Window on the page | Start date | Book by | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Any standard route, any month | 48 hours from artwork approval | Any | Two days before, with artwork approved | |
| Wedding-season van, pricing note | 2 weeks | 1 November | 18 October | |
| Wedding-season van or palace route, quick facts and booking alert | 21 days | 1 November | 11 October, already passed | |
| Wedding-season van or palace route | 21 days | 1 December | 10 November | |
| LED truck for December and January | About 30 days | 1 December | 1 November |
Read together, a 1 November T-Shape start is already inside the 21-day window as this guide goes live on 13 October, though still outside the pricing note's 2 weeks until 18 October. Plan on the longer number. For the LED leg of the wedding plan the binding date is 1 November, and for a January LED booking count back 30 days from the first day you need the truck.
When in the year does a Jaipur van work hardest?
Jaipur's year as the van page describes it
| Months | What the page says happens | Route and timing note | Rate note | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| October to December | Dhanteras and Diwali in Johari Bazaar and MI Road; first sawa dates in the Bani Park and Kukas banquet belts | Midday bazaar runs, early-evening venue passes | Tourist corridor premium from October | |
| January | Jaipur Literature Festival at Diggi Palace for 5 days; deepest tourist month | Diggi Palace, C-Scheme and MI Road circuit | Premium on tourist corridor routes | |
| February and March | Wedding tail, Holi, then Gangaur processions through Tripolia Bazaar | Some Walled City lanes close; routes re-sequenced in advance | Premium ends after March | |
| April to June | Desert summer; footfall thins after noon | Morning runs and 5 to 9 PM; vinyl and LED rated for 47°C | Standard | |
| July to September | Monsoon and Teej; steady evening market traffic in Mansarovar and Vaishali Nagar | Residential evening routes | Standard; the page calls it the best value window |
What did the page's three published Jaipur deployments cost?
The page shows three deployments: a jewellery showroom's 3 T-Shape vans for 30 days at the December peak, a township developer's 4 L-Shape vans for 45 days on Ajmer Road, Vaishali Nagar and Mansarovar, and a tourism app's 2 LED trucks for 60 days on Amber Fort Road, MI Road and Hawa Mahal. It names no clients and publishes goals rather than results: lift showroom footfall, drive site visits, drive app downloads. So these are costed plans, not proof of outcome.
Our arithmetic: the three published Jaipur deployments at the live card
| Deployment | Van-days | Before GST | With GST | Per van-day | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 T-Shape vans, 30 days, Johari Bazaar, MI Road and Jai Mahal belt | 90 | Rs.2,67,000 | Rs.3,15,060 | Rs.2,967 | |
| 4 L-Shape vans, 45 days, Ajmer Road township launch | 180 | Rs.6,20,000 | Rs.7,31,600 | Rs.3,444 | |
| 2 LED trucks, 60 days, Amber Fort Road and MI Road, standard rate | 120 | Rs.8,60,000 | Rs.10,14,800 | Rs.7,167 | |
| Same LED deployment with the tourist corridor premium | 120 | Rs.9,44,000 | Rs.11,13,920 | Rs.7,867 |
Does a second creative cost extra on a Jaipur van?
On the page's wording, fabrication is charged once per creative, and the page also says it routinely runs two creative versions in one campaign so each leg of the route speaks to the people on that road. If the two versions sit on two vans, nothing extra is due, because each van carries its own fabrication anyway. If one van switches creative partway through, our reading is that the switch is a second fabrication charge: Rs.8,000 on a T-Shape, Rs.20,000 on an L-Shape and Rs.10,000 on an LED truck. The page does not say how an LED truck's fabrication is counted when only the screen content changes, so ask for that line in writing.
What else does the same money buy in Jaipur?
The Rs.62,000 starter van sits close to the smallest order on several of our other Jaipur formats, all priced on the same national cards the Jaipur service pages link to.
Our arithmetic: the starter van against the smallest bookable order on other Jaipur formats, before GST
| Format | Smallest bookable order | Cost | What it is | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| L-Shape van on MI Road | 1 van, 14 days | Rs.62,000 | Moving reach on one corridor for two weeks | |
| T-Shape van | 1 van, 1 day | Rs.11,000 | The cheapest single booking on the van card | |
| Newspaper insertion, A5 | 50,000 inserts at Rs.1.25 | Rs.62,500 | One day’s papers; fewer than 50,000 is not bookable | |
| No-parking boards | 1,000 boards at Rs.45 | Rs.45,000 | Fixed boards on gates; fewer than 1,000 is not bookable | |
| Auto back panels, 24x6 inch | 500 autos at Rs.170 | Rs.85,000 | One-time panels; fewer than 500 is not bookable | |
| Auto hoods | 300 autos at Rs.650 | Rs.1,95,000 | One-time hoods; fewer than 300 is not bookable |
Which figures on the Jaipur van page should you not plan on?
The rate card, the format guidance, the run windows and the booking windows are operational, and we plan on them. Several other numbers on the page are presented without a measurement method, and nothing in this guide is priced on them: 30 lakh annual tourists, a Rs.2,000 crore Rajasthan wedding market of which Jaipur is said to take 60 percent, 2 lakh daily vehicles at Statue Circle, 50,000 tourist eyeballs a day on the Jal Mahal stretch, 60,000 to 1,20,000 daily impressions per van and a Rs.8 to Rs.15 CPM. The page also calls Jaipur the most competitive van pricing among Rajasthan cities, but we publish no other Rajasthan city van card to compare. Its quick facts list a Wedding Special format with no price anywhere on the page, so treat it as a request, not a bookable line.
One correction belongs here too. Our June 2026 Jaipur van guide quoted pincode-by-pincode day rates, a Canter format, a 40 percent wedding premium and a permit reserve. None of those is on the live card, which has one rate per format for the whole city and no permit fee. Where the two disagree, the live Jaipur page and this guide carry the current figures.
To get a quote, send the Jaipur van page the format, the roads and the dates, and it comes back as the same two-part price shown here; the national mobile van hub lists the same three formats in the other nine cities we serve.
Is there a premium for Hawa Mahal and Amer Road van routes in Jaipur?
Yes. The pricing note on our Jaipur page puts a 10 percent premium on tourist corridor routes, naming Hawa Mahal and Amer Road, during peak season from October to March, and keeps MI Road and C-Scheme at standard rates. Applied to the day rate, it adds Rs.750 to a one-day LED truck and Rs.9,800 to a 14-day one. The same page elsewhere says rates stay identical year-round, so ask for the premium as a separate line in the written quote.
How early should I book a van for the Jaipur wedding season?
Plan on 21 days. The page gives three windows for the season: 2 weeks in its pricing note, 21 days for wedding-season slots and palace-route positions, and about 30 days for LED trucks in December and January. For a 1 November start the 21-day date was 11 October, so book now; for an LED truck from 1 December, book by 1 November. Standard routes go live 48 hours after artwork approval in any month.
Which van should I use for the Jaipur Literature Festival?
The page sends LED trucks to the Diggi Palace approach, C-Scheme and MI Road for JLF week, and says the festival runs for 5 days. Five days of one LED truck cost Rs.10,000 fabrication plus Rs.37,500, so Rs.47,500 before GST. Stretching to 10 days for the lower slab would cost Rs.80,000, so book the festival days only. C-Scheme and MI Road are standard-rate roads, and the page wants about 30 days' notice for January LED trucks.
Do Jaipur van rates include JMC permits?
Yes. The Jaipur page says the day rate covers the route run, driver, fuel, JMC permits, Walled City heritage clearance, GPS tracking and daily Hindi-English photo reports. It publishes no separate permit fee for any Jaipur route, so a quote that adds one is not on our card. Fabrication is the only other line, charged once per creative, and GST at 18 percent is added to both.
What is the cheapest way to test a mobile van in Jaipur?
One T-Shape van for one day is the smallest booking on the Jaipur card: Rs.8,000 fabrication plus Rs.3,000, so Rs.11,000 before GST and Rs.12,980 with it. Three days of the same van cost Rs.17,000. For a test that produces GPS data worth reading, the page recommends a 14-day L-Shape on MI Road at Rs.62,000 before GST, which runs on a standard-rate road in every month of the year.

Quick Answers
How much does mobile van branding cost in Jaipur per day?
On our live 2026 Jaipur card a T-Shape van is Rs.3,000 a day plus Rs.8,000 one-time fabrication, an L-Shape box van Rs.3,500 plus Rs.20,000, and an LED display truck Rs.7,500 plus Rs.10,000. From 10 days the rates fall to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000. The minimum is one day, so the cheapest single day is Rs.11,000 on a T-Shape, plus 18 percent GST. Tourist corridor routes add 10 percent from October to March.
Can a branded van enter Johari Bazaar and the Walled City in Jaipur?
Yes, but only a T-Shape van. Our Jaipur page says its T-Shape vans are dimensioned for the tight lanes of Johari Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar and Tripolia, where a full-size canter physically cannot turn, and that JMC Walled City heritage clearance is included in the day rate. Plan the bazaar leg for the 11 AM to 3 PM trading window, with Hindi-first creative and the phone number set large in Devanagari. A T-Shape costs Rs.8,000 fabrication plus Rs.3,000 a day.
How much does a wedding-season van campaign cost in Jaipur?
The Jaipur page's own plan, two T-Shape vans on Johari Bazaar and MI Road from 1 November and one LED truck on the palace-venue circuit from 1 December, running to mid-February, costs Rs.11,42,800 before GST on our count of 107 and 77 days, or Rs.13,48,504 with GST. Every leg is on the 10-day-plus slab. A smaller version, one T-Shape van for 30 days in December, costs Rs.89,000 before GST.
