“A single van cannot serve both peaks in one shift.” That line from our own Hyderabad van page is the most useful sentence on it for anyone about to book, because it turns a question about price into a question about format and time. The price itself is short: a T-Shape van is Rs.8,000 one-time fabrication plus Rs.3,000 a day, an L-Shape box van Rs.20,000 plus Rs.3,500, and an LED display truck Rs.10,000 plus Rs.7,500, falling to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000 a day on bookings of 10 days or more, with a one-day minimum and GST extra. What the Hyderabad page adds, and other city pages do not, is a 10 percent premium on HITEC City and Banjara Hills routes, a ladder of booking windows running from 5 days to 21, a three-day convention that tempts buyers into 14-day bookings, and an Old City that needs a different van from the western IT arc.
What does the live Hyderabad van card charge in 2026?
Three formats, each priced in two parts: a one-time fabrication charge per van and a day rate per van per day. The minimum booking is one day, GST is extra, and every rate on our Hyderabad page covers design, GHMC permits, heat-rated installation, GPS tracking and daily photo reports. The one-day totals below are our arithmetic.
T-Shape centre board van
One elevated board above the cab, clear of two-wheeler and auto traffic. The page sends it into Kukatpally, Dilsukhnagar, Ameerpet and the Old City bazaar belt. One day: Rs.11,000 before GST.
L-Shape box van
Three branded faces on a Tata 407 chassis. The page uses it for ORR runs, the HITEC City corridor and township launches. One day: Rs.23,500 before GST.
LED display truck
P6 LED panels on an Eicher 14-footer with audio. The page books it for BioAsia weeks, HITEC City launches, Bonalu and wedding-season activations. One day: Rs.17,500 before GST.
The Mediaverse published Hyderabad mobile van card, read from the live Hyderabad service page on 2026-09-30. Fabrication is one-time per van; day rates are per van per day; the reduced rate applies to bookings of 10 days or more. GST 18 percent extra. One-day totals are our arithmetic.
The Hyderabad card is the same card our Ahmedabad and Lucknow pages publish, so the arithmetic that follows from it is the same in all three cities. Nine L-Shape days cost Rs.1,500 more than ten, and an LED truck is cheaper than an L-Shape for a one-day or two-day booking because its fabrication is half the price; both points are worked in full in our Ahmedabad and Lucknow van guides. This guide works only what is specific to Hyderabad: the corridor premium, the booking windows, BioAsia, the split between the two halves of the city, and the route length the page quotes.
What does the 10 percent HITEC City and Banjara Hills premium add to a booking?
Our Hyderabad pricing note says HITEC City and Banjara Hills routes carry a 10 percent premium for corporate audience density, and that Old City routes such as Charminar and Abids run at standard rates. It does not say whether the premium applies to fabrication or to the 10-day rate. Fabrication is a one-time charge per van that does not depend on where the van drives, so we have read the premium as applying to whichever day rate the booking earns. On that reading, which is ours, the premium is small on short bookings and approaches the full 10 percent only on long ones.
Our arithmetic: standard route against a HITEC City or Banjara Hills route, one van, before GST (premium applied to the day rate only)
| Format and length | Standard route | Premium route | Extra | Extra as share of total | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| L-Shape, 1 day | Rs.23,500 | Rs.23,850 | Rs.350 | 1.5 percent | |
| L-Shape, 14 days | Rs.62,000 | Rs.66,200 | Rs.4,200 | 6.8 percent | |
| L-Shape, 30 days | Rs.1,10,000 | Rs.1,19,000 | Rs.9,000 | 8.2 percent | |
| T-Shape, 30 days | Rs.89,000 | Rs.97,100 | Rs.8,100 | 9.1 percent | |
| LED truck, 3 days | Rs.32,500 | Rs.34,750 | Rs.2,250 | 6.9 percent |
Two practical points follow. First, a one-day or three-day launch on HITEC City barely feels the premium, so it is not a reason to move a short activation off the corridor the product needs. Second, a month-long run on the corridor pays close to the full 10 percent, and the Rs.8,100 to Rs.9,000 difference on one van for 30 days is worth checking against the purpose. If the audience is office commuters, the premium route is the route. If it is households, the page's own residential belts in Kukatpally and Dilsukhnagar run at the standard rate. Whatever the reading, ask for the premium to be shown as its own line on the quote.
Which format suits which side of the Musi?
Our Hyderabad page describes two cities inside one municipal boundary, and it assigns them different vans, languages and hours. South of the Musi, the Charminar, Begum Bazaar, Pathergatti and Malakpet belt runs at bazaar pace in narrow lanes, and the page gives it the T-Shape, whose elevated board clears handcarts and autos, on a slow circuit with Urdu and Telugu creative. West of the city, the Gachibowli, HITEC City and Financial District arc is an audience in cars at 40 to 60 km/h, and the page gives it the L-Shape or LED truck with short English-first headlines and a QR code sized for the next lane.
Hyderabad belts, formats, language and hours as published on the live Hyderabad van page
| Belt | Format the page assigns | Creative language | When it peaks | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Old City: Charminar, Begum Bazaar, Pathergatti, Malakpet | T-Shape on a slow circuit | Urdu and Telugu, the offer stated plainly | Late morning through the evening shopping hours, holding past dinner near Charminar | |
| Western IT arc: Gachibowli, HITEC City, Financial District | L-Shape or LED truck | English first, one idea per side, QR at passenger eye level | Morning inbound crawl and the 6:00 to 7:30 PM campus exit | |
| Residential belts: Kukatpally, KPHB, Dilsukhnagar, Ameerpet | T-Shape for week-after-week frequency | Telugu led | The evening gridlock the page puts at 40 minutes at the Kukatpally Y-Junction | |
| Pharma belt: Genome Valley, Turkapally, IKP Knowledge Park, HICC | L-Shape or LED truck | English | BioAsia weeks in February and March | |
| Wedding zones: Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, HITEX, Shilparamam | LED truck parked at the venue | Not specified on the page | November to January, and May to June |
That is why the page's advice for a brand covering the whole city is two creatives and two rhythms under one campaign rather than one compromise van. We priced that advice against the page's own ORR Dual-Arc deployment of two L-Shape vans, which it quotes at Rs.7,000 a day for the pair, or Rs.6,000 a day from 10 days, plus fabrication.
Our arithmetic: three ways to cover both halves of Hyderabad for 30 days
| Plan | What runs | Before GST | With 18 percent GST | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Two rhythms, standard routes | One T-Shape on an Old City circuit, one L-Shape on the western arc | Rs.1,99,000 | Rs.2,34,820 | |
| Two rhythms, western van on HITEC City | As above, with the 10 percent premium on the L-Shape day rate | Rs.2,08,000 | Rs.2,45,440 | |
| ORR Dual-Arc from the page | Two L-Shape vans, western arc and eastern arc | Rs.2,20,000 | Rs.2,59,600 |
The two-rhythm plan is the cheaper of the two by Rs.21,000 for the month, because a T-Shape costs less to fabricate and run than a second L-Shape, and it reaches a different audience: bazaar buyers who decide at the counter rather than a second stream of car commuters. Which one is right depends on what is being sold, not on the price gap. A township developer wants two arcs of car commuters; a consumer brand selling through kirana stores wants the bazaar.
How many days of van time does BioAsia actually need?
Our Hyderabad page describes BioAsia at HICC as a three-day convention in the February to March window, lists 4 LED truck slots a day on the HICC approach roads, and asks for 21 days of advance booking for them. It also publishes a costed deployment for a pharma brand: 3 LED trucks for 14 days on the HICC approach roads, the ORR western arc, Genome Valley and the Financial District, at Rs.3,24,000 plus GST. That is 3 trucks at the 10-day rate of Rs.7,000 plus Rs.10,000 fabrication each, and it checks out.
Our arithmetic: three LED trucks for BioAsia at three booking lengths
| Booking | Day rate that applies | Before GST | With 18 percent GST | What the extra days buy | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 days, the convention only | Rs.7,500 | Rs.97,500 | Rs.1,15,050 | Delegates on the HICC approach roads | |
| 10 days | Rs.7,000 | Rs.2,40,000 | Rs.2,83,200 | 7 days of runs beyond the convention | |
| 14 days, the page's deployment | Rs.7,000 | Rs.3,24,000 | Rs.3,82,320 | 11 days of ORR, Genome Valley and Financial District runs |
The 11 days beyond the convention cost Rs.2,26,500 before GST. They are worth buying if the brief includes the pharma teams who commute through Genome Valley and the Financial District every working day; they are not a way to reach more delegates, who are only in the corridor for three days. A brand that wants the convention alone should book 3 days, and one that wants one truck rather than three can do it for Rs.32,500 before GST. Note also what the published deployment implies: 3 trucks is 3 of the 4 daily LED slots the page lists for the approach roads, which is why the 21-day window is a real constraint rather than a sales line.
What do the published Hyderabad deployments cost per van per day?
The page publishes three costed campaign examples with no client names and no results, so we read them as rate-card scenarios rather than case studies. Each one checks against the card. Landing them with GST and dividing by van-days shows how much fabrication still weighs at each length.
Our arithmetic: the three published Hyderabad deployments, landed with GST and per van per day
| Deployment on the page | Vans, format and length | Before GST | With GST | Per van per day, before GST | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BioAsia pharma B2B | 3 LED trucks, 14 days | Rs.3,24,000 | Rs.3,82,320 | Rs.7,714, above the Rs.7,500 headline | |
| ORR township site-visit drive | 6 L-Shape vans, 45 days | Rs.9,30,000 | Rs.10,97,400 | Rs.3,444, below the Rs.3,500 headline | |
| Residential FMCG saturation | 8 T-Shape vans, 30 days | Rs.7,12,000 | Rs.8,40,160 | Rs.2,967, below the Rs.3,000 headline |
The LED deployment is the only one that lands above its own headline rate, because 14 days is too short to spread Rs.10,000 of fabrication below the Rs.500 a day the 10-day discount saves. The two long deployments land under their headline rates. The rule that falls out is general: on this card a booking needs roughly 20 days on an LED truck, 27 on a T-Shape and 40 on an L-Shape before the discount has fully paid back the fabrication.
How far ahead do you need to book a van in Hyderabad?
This is where the Hyderabad page is more specific than any other city page we publish. It sets different lead times for different seasons and positions, and the one you need is set by the date of the campaign, not by the format.
Booking windows published on the live Hyderabad van page
| Position and season | Book ahead | Note on the page | |
|---|---|---|---|
| LED truck on the HICC approach roads, BioAsia (February to March) | 21 days | Only 4 LED slots a day | |
| L-Shape on the ORR pharma corridor, BioAsia window | About 14 days | Pre-approved pharma-zone GHMC permits avoid a 7 to 10 day permit delay | |
| Festival corridor positions at Bonalu peak | 14 days | The page says they sell out 14 days in advance | |
| ORR positions in general | 10 days | Limited-exit positions can carry a 10-day waitlist in peak months | |
| LED truck in Jubilee Hills or Banjara Hills, wedding season (November to January) | About 10 days | Venue-side positions | |
| Standard routes outside BioAsia | 5 to 7 days | Most of the year | |
| Go-live after artwork approval | 48 hours | The quick facts panel says 48 to 72 hours |
Two seasonal notes on the same page shape the calendar further. The Bonalu and Bathukamma festival window runs from July to October, when Old City, Secunderabad and Kukatpally festival routes fill. And in August and September the page pre-maps alternate corridors because Musi flooding affects eastern Hyderabad routes, so an eastern-arc booking in those months should expect its route to move. For the audiences the page names, coaching brands in Ameerpet book around admissions from March to June and August to September, and pharma brands around BioAsia.
Is a van day 42 km or a full 158 km ORR loop?
The page answers both ways. Its quick facts give the daily route as 42 km over 6 hours, and each format description repeats a 42 km day. Its FAQ says a single van finishes the full 158 km ORR circuit inside a 6-hour run. Those cannot both describe the same standard day: 158 km in 6 hours is an average of about 26 km an hour including every stop, and 42 km in 6 hours is about 7. We have not resolved which is meant, so the honest advice is to plan on the 42 km route the rate card is built around, and if the brief is an ORR loop, have the loop written into the route plan with the GPS loop-completion checkpoint the page promises.
The same caution applies to the reach figures on the page: 85,000 to 1,60,000 daily impressions per van, a Rs.12 to Rs.25 CPM, a 4.2 minute encounter on the ORR and 3.8 lakh vehicles per loop. The page does not show how those were measured, so this guide does not build any cost-per-view arithmetic on them. The day rate, the fabrication, the premium and the booking windows are the figures to price a campaign with.
Which Hyderabad van figures should you plan on?
Plan on the live card: Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 and Rs.10,000 fabrication; Rs.3,000, Rs.3,500 and Rs.7,500 a day, falling to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000 from 10 days; a one-day minimum; 18 percent GST on top. Add the 10 percent premium to the day rate for HITEC City and Banjara Hills routes and ask for it as a separate line. Use the booking-window table, not the 48-hour go-live, to set the latest date to sign.
Two older figures should not be used. Our May 2026 guide to Hyderabad's HITEC City corridor quoted a Canter van at Rs.5,500 a day and an LED van at Rs.9,000; the live card has no separate Canter line, describes the L-Shape itself as a canter on a Tata 407 chassis at Rs.3,500, and prices the LED truck at Rs.7,500. The live card is the one we quote, and the May guide is due a refresh. For ground-level frequency alongside a van, the Hyderabad auto card is a different purchase with its own minimums: 300 full hoods at Rs.650 is Rs.1,95,000, set out in our Hyderabad auto fleet and zone guide.
Which van format works in Hyderabad's Old City?
Our Hyderabad page gives the Old City bazaar belt, Charminar, Begum Bazaar, Pathergatti and Malakpet, to the T-Shape van. Its single elevated board clears the handcarts and autos in narrow lanes, and a slow circuit lets the same shoppers read it several times in an afternoon. Creative works best in Urdu and Telugu with the offer stated plainly. Old City routes run at standard rates: Rs.8,000 fabrication plus Rs.3,000 a day, or Rs.2,700 from 10 days.
How much does a month of van branding cost in Hyderabad with GST?
On the live card one T-Shape for 30 days is Rs.8,000 fabrication plus 30 days at Rs.2,700, so Rs.89,000 before GST and Rs.1,05,020 with it. One L-Shape is Rs.1,10,000, or Rs.1,29,800 with GST, and one LED truck is Rs.2,20,000, or Rs.2,59,600. On a HITEC City or Banjara Hills route, add 10 percent to the day rate, which on our reading takes the L-Shape month to Rs.1,19,000 before GST.
Can one van cover the Old City and HITEC City in the same day?
It can drive both, but not at the right hours. Our Hyderabad page times the Old City bazaar belt from late morning into the evening and the western IT arc to the morning inbound crawl and the 6:00 to 7:30 PM campus exit, with different languages on each side. It says plainly that one van cannot serve both peaks in a shift, so it schedules them as separate deployments. One T-Shape and one L-Shape for 30 days is Rs.1,99,000 before GST.
Are GHMC permits included in the Hyderabad van rate?
Yes. Our Hyderabad page includes GHMC zone permits, traffic authority clearances, ORR vehicle permissions and special-event paperwork for BioAsia and Bonalu in every rate, alongside design, heat-rated installation for 42 degree summers, GPS tracking and daily photo reports. For the pharma corridor it holds pre-approved permits, which the page says avoid the 7 to 10 day permit delays that stall other deployments. Fabrication and GST are the only additions to the day rate.
How long is a standard van day in Hyderabad?
Our Hyderabad page gives the standard daily route as 42 km over 6 hours, repeated in each format's description. Its FAQ separately says one van can complete the full 158 km ORR in a 6-hour run. Those describe very different days, about 7 km an hour against about 26, so plan on the 42 km route the card is built around and, if you want the ORR loop, have it written into the route plan with GPS loop-completion checkpoints.

Quick Answers
How much does mobile van branding cost in Hyderabad per day?
On our live 2026 Hyderabad card a T-Shape van is Rs.3,000 a day plus Rs.8,000 one-time fabrication, an L-Shape box van Rs.3,500 plus Rs.20,000, and an LED display truck Rs.7,500 plus Rs.10,000. From 10 days the rates fall to Rs.2,700, Rs.3,000 and Rs.7,000. The minimum is one day, so the cheapest single day is Rs.11,000 on a T-Shape, plus 18 percent GST.
Do HITEC City and Banjara Hills van routes cost more in Hyderabad?
Yes. Our Hyderabad page puts a 10 percent premium on HITEC City and Banjara Hills routes and keeps Old City routes at standard rates. We read the premium as applying to the day rate, not the one-time fabrication, so it adds only Rs.350 to a one-day L-Shape but Rs.9,000 to a 30-day one, taking it from Rs.1,10,000 to Rs.1,19,000 before GST. Ask for it as a separate line.
How early should I book an LED van for BioAsia in Hyderabad?
21 days ahead for an LED truck on the HICC approach roads, where our Hyderabad page lists only 4 LED slots a day during BioAsia in February and March. ORR pharma-corridor L-Shape vans need about 14 days in the same window. The convention itself runs three days, so three LED trucks for those days cost Rs.97,500 before GST; the page's 14-day version costs Rs.3,24,000.
