What a Real Estate Project Launch Actually Needs Online (2026)
The launch date picks the build, not the budget. Published delivery times, three costed month-one stacks, and where a lead goes in the first minute after the form fill.

A campaign landing page at Rs.25,000 goes live in 3 to 5 days, Meta lead management is Rs.25,000 a month plus a Rs.50,000 ad budget, and WhatsApp routing is Rs.25,000 to set up and Rs.15,000 a month. That is a Rs.1,40,000 first month, inside the Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.3,50,000 band our page publishes.
Key takeaways
- The launch date picks the build. Our published delivery times are 3 to 5 days for a Rs.25,000 campaign page, 1 to 2 weeks for a Rs.50,000 conversion page, 3 to 4 weeks for a Rs.60,000 Starter Site and 4 to 6 weeks for a Rs.1,50,000 Growth Site.
- Ten days of runway means the site is not the first purchase, whatever the budget says. The page that catches the ad traffic is, and the site follows it.
- Three costed stacks by runway: Rs.1,40,000 in month one at the floor, Rs.2,95,000 for a six-week build, Rs.5,70,000 for a quarter-ahead launch. Their monthly shapes are Rs.90,000, Rs.1,60,000 and Rs.3,20,000 against the Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.3,50,000 band our real estate page publishes.
- Management is 44 percent of the monthly outlay at the floor stack and 37.5 percent at the two larger ones, by our arithmetic, and it falls as you spend into a tier: Rs.25,000 on Meta is 50 percent of a Rs.50,000 budget and 25 percent of the Rs.1,00,000 that tier allows.
- At the published Rs.300 to Rs.1,500 cost per qualified lead in Indian metros, Rs.50,000 of monthly spend is 33 to 167 qualified leads and Rs.2,00,000 is 133 to 667. What those leads become is not something we publish a rate for, and nobody honestly can.
- Routing is the cheapest line on the plan and the one that decides the rest: lead to WhatsApp and CRM inside a minute, an automated first message with the brochure and a visit slot, and every account in the developer name.
Most project launch briefs arrive with a budget and a date, and the date is doing more of the work than anyone admits. Our landing page and CRO card publishes a Campaign Page at Rs.25,000 live in 3 to 5 days and a Conversion Page at Rs.50,000 in 1 to 2 weeks. Our website design card publishes a Starter Site of up to 8 pages at Rs.60,000 in 3 to 4 weeks and a Growth Site at Rs.1,50,000 in 4 to 6 weeks. If the launch is ten days out, three of those four are already unavailable, and no budget changes that.
So this playbook is ordered by runway rather than by price. What to buy when the launch is next week, what changes at six weeks, and what a quarter of preparation actually buys. Then the part that decides whether any of it pays: where a lead goes in the minute after the form is submitted.
What does a project launch actually need online?
Four things, in this order: somewhere for the click to land, a campaign putting the right people in front of it, a route that gets the enquiry to a human fast, and a way to stay visible for the 3 to 9 months our real estate page publishes as the length of a property decision. Everything else is an optimisation of one of those four.
Notice what is not on that list. A project website is not on it, because a website is where the fourth item lives rather than the first. Neither is a brochure PDF, a 3D walkthrough, or a microsite with a countdown timer. Those are worth money once enquiries exist. In month one they are a reason the campaign started late.
How long does each piece take to build?
| What you buy | Published price | Published delivery | What it is for at a launch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Campaign Page | Rs.25,000 one-time | 3 to 5 days | One offer, one form, one WhatsApp button. The page ad traffic lands on |
| Conversion Page | Rs.50,000 one-time | 1 to 2 weeks | Original design with floor-plan, pricing and objection blocks, plus CRM or WhatsApp automation hookup |
| Starter Site, up to 8 pages | Rs.60,000 one-time | 3 to 4 weeks | The project site itself: location, plans, possession, the pages that answer a buyer who is comparing |
| Growth Site, up to 20 pages | Rs.1,50,000 one-time | 4 to 6 weeks | Multiple towers or phases, a blog, and pages built to rank for the locality over the sales cycle |
| WhatsApp Setup | Rs.25,000 one-time | Setup tier on the WhatsApp card | Official API number, templates and the automated first reply |
| Automation Build | Rs.50,000 one-time | One-time build | Drip sequences and the CRM handoff, worth buying once enquiry volume is real |
The ten-day test
Count backwards from the launch date, not forwards from the budget. A Rs.60,000 Starter Site takes 3 to 4 weeks from the day content inputs arrive, so a project going live in ten days cannot have one, and buying it anyway means the ads wait for the site instead of the site catching the ads. Buy the Rs.25,000 page now and the site in parallel.
What does month one cost for a single project?
Three stacks, built only from figures published on our cards. Ad budgets follow the Rs.50,000 to Rs.2,00,000 monthly range our real estate page states for a single project, paid directly to Meta and Google from the developer own accounts. Management figures come from the Meta ads card, the Google Ads card and the WhatsApp card. The totals are ours, from those numbers, and exclude 18 percent GST on the fees.
| Stack | One-time | Monthly fees | Ad budget | Month one total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ten days out: campaign page, Meta, WhatsApp routing | Rs.50,000 | Rs.40,000 | Rs.50,000 | Rs.1,40,000 |
| Six weeks out: conversion page plus Starter Site, both ad platforms managed together, WhatsApp broadcasts | Rs.1,35,000 | Rs.60,000 | Rs.1,00,000 | Rs.2,95,000 |
| A quarter out: Growth Site, conversion page, automation build, Growth tiers on both platforms, WhatsApp Managed Growth | Rs.2,50,000 | Rs.1,20,000 | Rs.2,00,000 | Rs.5,70,000 |
Read the middle columns rather than the last one. One-time money lands once, so the number that describes the campaign is the monthly: Rs.90,000, Rs.1,60,000 and Rs.3,20,000 respectively. The larger two sit inside the Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.3,50,000 all-in monthly band our real estate page publishes for a single project. The floor stack sits just under that band, which is the honest reading of it: Rs.90,000 a month is a real launch, and it is a launch running on one platform.
The fee share is worth naming because we are the ones charging it. Management is 44 percent of the monthly outlay in the floor stack and 37.5 percent in each of the larger two, by our own arithmetic. It falls as you spend into a tier rather than as you move up one: the Rs.25,000 Meta Launch fee allows an ad budget up to Rs.1,00,000, so it is 50 percent of a Rs.50,000 budget and 25 percent of a Rs.1,00,000 one. If the money exists, filling the tier you are already paying for is the cheapest step available.
Where does a lead go in the first minute?
This is the part that gets designed last and decides what the ad budget was worth. The published route has four stops, and each one is a place a launch usually leaks.
- Qualification inside the ad, not after it. Budget range and location go in the creative so window shoppers self-select out, the form asks two or three questions a serious buyer answers without friction, and exclusion audiences remove brokers, job seekers and people who already enquired.
- Push to WhatsApp and the CRM within a minute, with an automated first message that shares the brochure and asks for a visit slot. The sales team then calls a lead that has already heard from the project.
- Retargeting for everyone who enquired and did not visit, which is where the Rs.45,000 Growth tier earns its difference over the Rs.25,000 Launch tier: full-funnel and retargeting are on the higher tier, not the entry one.
- A WhatsApp sequence on the official API carrying construction updates, offers and possession milestones across the 3 to 9 months a property decision takes, with an easy opt-out and Meta message charges billed at cost.
Two ownership details belong in the same conversation. The ad accounts, page, pixel and lead forms sit in the developer own Business Manager, and the domain, hosting and code repository of anything we build are registered in the developer name from day one, which is the same policy our Rs.60,000 website build ships under. When a project sells out, the audiences and the site survive it and the next launch starts warm.
How many leads does that budget actually buy?
Our real estate page publishes a cost per qualified lead of Rs.300 to Rs.1,500 in Indian metros, with premium and luxury projects higher because the audience is smaller. Divide the ad budget by that band and the range is wide enough to be honest about.
| Monthly ad budget | At Rs.1,500 per qualified lead | At Rs.300 per qualified lead |
|---|---|---|
| Rs.50,000 | 33 leads | 167 leads |
| Rs.1,00,000 | 67 leads | 333 leads |
| Rs.2,00,000 | 133 leads | 667 leads |
A five-fold spread is not a forecast and we are not going to present it as one. Which end of it a project lands on depends on ticket size, city, creative and how fast the sales team calls, and we publish no site-visit rate, no walk-in rate and no booking rate, because we have no honest figure to put there. What we do commit to is reporting cost per qualified lead and cost per site visit rather than cost per form fill, and reading the CRM with you every fortnight so lead quality changes the targeting the same week.
What should you not buy in month one?
- A CRO retainer. The Rs.40,000 a month CRO Sprint tests a funnel that already has traffic, and in week one there is nothing to test. It is a month-three purchase.
- Local SEO, if the project is the only thing you are marketing. The Rs.15,000 local plan is built around a location that stays open, which suits a channel partner office better than a project that sells out.
- The Automation Build at Rs.50,000, until the Rs.25,000 setup and the manual route have shown you what the sequence should actually say.
- A Growth Site at Rs.1,50,000 for a single tower. Up to 8 pages at Rs.60,000 covers location, plans, pricing framing, possession and contact, which is the list a buyer is comparing on.
The cross-lane option
A project buyer shortlists from what they see on the way to the site as much as from what is on their phone. Our Neighbourhood Launch pairs geo-targeted ads with autos or no-parking boards around the site from Rs.1,00,000 plus media, with QR and offer codes to show which side produced the enquiry. It is the one line on this plan a pure digital agency cannot quote.
If you are costing a launch now, the fastest useful step is to fix the date first and read the delivery column against it. Everything on our published pricing page is a fixed scope written before payment, so the stack above can be checked line by line against the card rather than against a proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a project website or just a landing page for a launch?
For the launch itself, the landing page. A Campaign Page is Rs.25,000 and live in 3 to 5 days, which fits almost any launch date, and it is where ad traffic should land. The project website earns its place over the 3 to 9 month sales cycle, answering the buyer who is comparing projects rather than the one who just clicked an ad. Build it in parallel at Rs.60,000, not instead.
What is the minimum monthly budget for a real estate project launch?
By our arithmetic from the published cards, Rs.90,000 a month: Rs.25,000 for Meta management, Rs.15,000 for WhatsApp broadcasts and Rs.50,000 of ad budget at the bottom of the Rs.50,000 to Rs.2,00,000 range our page states for a single project. Add the one-time Rs.25,000 page and Rs.25,000 WhatsApp setup and month one is Rs.1,40,000, before 18 percent GST on the fees.
Should a launch run Meta ads or Google Ads first?
Meta first for volume, Google alongside it for the people already typing the locality. Management is Rs.25,000 a month each, or Rs.45,000 for both handled together, so running both costs Rs.20,000 more than running one. If only one is affordable, start with Meta at a launch, because Google search demand for a project name barely exists before the campaign creates it.
How fast should a property lead be contacted after the form fill?
Inside a minute for the automated message and the same day for the human call. The published route pushes every lead to WhatsApp and the CRM within a minute with a first message carrying the brochure and a visit-slot request, so the sales team calls a buyer who already knows the project name. That automation is what the Rs.25,000 WhatsApp setup and Rs.15,000 monthly plan pay for.
Who owns the ad accounts and the website after the project sells out?
You do, from day one rather than by transfer at the end. The ad accounts, page, pixel and lead forms sit in the developer own Business Manager, and the domain, hosting, code repository and analytics of anything we build are registered in the developer name. When the project closes, the audiences and the site carry into the next launch instead of starting from zero.
Can digital and outdoor advertising run as one project launch campaign?
Yes, and it is the reason most builders call us rather than a pure digital agency. The Neighbourhood Launch starts at Rs.1,00,000 plus media and pairs geo-targeted ads with autos or no-parking boards in the site catchment, measured with QR codes and offer codes on the outdoor creative and UTM links on the digital side, so each enquiry can be attributed to the channel that produced it.
