Google Ads vs Meta Ads in India at the Same Rs.25,000 Management Fee: Different Ceilings, Different Demand (2026)

Our Google Ads and Meta Ads pages both sell a Launch plan at Rs.25,000 a month. The fee is the only thing they share: one covers Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000 of ad spend, the other up to Rs.1,00,000, and they buy two different kinds of demand. This comparison works the published tiers against each other, with the arithmetic shown.

Both Launch plans on our pages cost Rs.25,000 a month plus ad budget, but Google Ads Launch covers Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000 of spend and Meta Ads Launch up to Rs.1,00,000. Google buys searches people already typed; Meta puts creative in front of people who did not ask. Buy Google first when demand exists, Meta when it must be created.

Key takeaways

  • The fee is identical, Rs.25,000 a month or Rs.29,500 with GST, but the ceilings are not: Google Ads Launch runs ad budgets of Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000, Meta Ads Launch up to Rs.1,00,000, so the most a first month can cost is Rs.1,79,500 on Google and Rs.1,29,500 on Meta, on our arithmetic.
  • At the ceiling the same fee is 16.7 percent of media on Google and 25 percent on Meta; at Rs.30,000 of spend it is 83 percent on either, which is why both pages set roughly Rs.1,000 a day as the level below which the account never learns.
  • Google Launch publishes no campaign cap, builds Search split brand from generic plus Performance Max, and writes 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad group; Meta Launch caps at 3 campaigns and 4 new creatives a month, refreshed every 2 to 3 weeks, because on Meta the creative is the targeting.
  • The pages publish typical bands, not promises: Google local service clicks at Rs.10 to Rs.40, which at a 5 percent landing page conversion is 37 to 150 leads from Rs.30,000, and Meta lead generation at Rs.150 to Rs.1,500 per lead, which is 20 to 200 leads from the same Rs.30,000, on our arithmetic.
  • Google goes live in 7 to 10 working days after a 3 to 5 day audit and is judged at 6 to 8 weeks; Meta goes live within 7 working days and is judged at day 45. Both put the account, pixel or tag container and data in your name, and both leave landing pages, ad budget and GST outside the fee.
  • Buy Google first when people already search for what you sell and you can fund Rs.30,000 a month; buy Meta first when the demand has to be created or the product has to be seen; the Rs.45,000 performance marketing bundle is Rs.5,000 a month cheaper than two Launch plans if you need both.

Rs.25,000 a month is the Launch fee on both our Google Ads page and our Meta Ads page, and that coincidence makes the two plans look interchangeable on the pricing page. They are not. The Google plan is sized for ad budgets of Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000 a month, the Meta plan for budgets up to Rs.1,00,000, and the two platforms sell different things: Google sells a search someone already typed, Meta sells the attention of someone scrolling who did not ask. This comparison puts the two published tiers side by side, works the fee as a share of media at each budget, turns the pages' own click and lead bands into lead counts, and ends with the sequencing answer for a business that can only fund one. Every figure is from the two service pages and the pricing page as read on 11 October 2026; where a number is ours, it says so.

Read down the table and the two plans are built from the same three parts, tracking first, structure second, a weekly loop third, which is why the fee is the same. Read across and the differences are all about what the money buys. Google Launch is the heavier build: it publishes a negative list of 200 to 500 terms, a headline count per ad group and a tracking stack that imports offline sales, and the detail of that build is in the account structure behind the Launch plan. Meta Launch is the lighter structure with the heavier creative load: three campaigns, four fresh creatives a month, and a refresh every 2 to 3 weeks because, as the Meta page puts it, in 2026 creative is the targeting and fatigue is what kills accounts.

What does the same fee cost as a share of the ad budget on each platform?

A flat fee is cheap at a big budget and expensive at a small one, and the two ceilings move that arithmetic. The table runs the Rs.25,000 fee against four monthly budgets, with GST at 18 percent on the fee only, since both platforms bill the media to you directly.

Our arithmetic: the Rs.25,000 fee as a share of monthly ad spend, and the all-in monthly cost with GST on the fee, at four budgets
Monthly ad budgetFee as share of mediaAll-in on Google Ads (fee with GST plus media)All-in on Meta Ads (fee with GST plus media)
Rs.30,00083.3 percentRs.59,500 on Launch; the published floorRs.59,500 on Launch; the page's realistic minimum for lead flow
Rs.50,00050 percentRs.79,500 on Launch; the page's floor for real estate, education, insurance and clinicsRs.79,500 on Launch; the page's starting point for ecommerce brands
Rs.1,00,00025 percentRs.1,29,500 on LaunchRs.1,29,500 on Launch, the ceiling
Rs.1,50,00016.7 percent on Google; 30 percent on Meta GrowthRs.1,79,500 on Launch, the ceilingNot covered by Launch; Growth at Rs.45,000 makes it Rs.2,03,100 all in

The share is identical up to Rs.1,00,000, so the fee comparison is a tie until the budget passes a lakh. Between Rs.1,00,000 and Rs.1,50,000 Google is the cheaper account to manage by Rs.20,000 a month plus GST, because Meta moves to Growth at Rs.45,000 while Google Launch still covers the spend. Our Google Ads management cost guide works the flat fee against percentage deals at those same points; the short version is that below about Rs.1,66,000 of spend a 15 percent agency would be cheaper than either flat fee, and above it the flat fee wins on both platforms.

How many leads can the same budget produce on each platform?

Neither page promises a result, and this guide will not either. What both publish is a typical cost band: the Google page gives click costs by category and uses a 5 percent landing page conversion rate in its own example, and the Meta page gives a lead cost band from its audits and planning work. Turning those into lead counts is arithmetic, and the spread inside each band is the honest part of the answer.

Our arithmetic: lead counts implied by each page's published bands at four budgets; Google at Rs.10 to Rs.40 a click (local service) or Rs.100 to Rs.400 (high-ticket) and a 5 percent conversion rate, Meta at Rs.150 to Rs.1,500 per lead
Monthly ad budgetGoogle, local service clicks (Rs.10 to Rs.40)Google, high-ticket clicks (Rs.100 to Rs.400)Meta lead generation (Rs.150 to Rs.1,500 a lead)
Rs.30,000750 to 3,000 clicks; 37 to 150 leads75 to 300 clicks; 3 to 15 leads20 to 200 leads
Rs.50,0001,250 to 5,000 clicks; 62 to 250 leads125 to 500 clicks; 6 to 25 leads33 to 333 leads
Rs.1,00,0002,500 to 10,000 clicks; 125 to 500 leads250 to 1,000 clicks; 12 to 50 leads67 to 667 leads
Rs.1,50,0003,750 to 15,000 clicks; 187 to 750 leads375 to 1,500 clicks; 18 to 75 leadsAbove the Launch ceiling; 100 to 1,000 leads on Growth

Two things in that table decide the choice more than the totals. The first is the Google page's learning threshold: Smart Bidding needs about 30 conversions a month, which is why the page sets Rs.1,000 a day as the floor and Rs.50,000 or more for competitive consumer categories. A local service account at Rs.30,000 clears 30 only at the cheaper end of its band; a high-ticket account at 3 to 15 leads does not clear it at any budget under Rs.1,50,000, and the page's answer there is a bigger budget or a longer judgment window, not a different platform. The second is that the Meta band is already a cost per lead, while Google's depends on the landing page: at 2 percent instead of 5 the Rs.40 click becomes a Rs.2,000 lead, which is why both pages review the landing page before agreeing a target and why a landing page is a separate fixed project on either plan.

Which kind of demand is each platform built for?

The Google page describes Search as buying stated intent: someone typed "orthodontist in Whitefield" or "bulk corporate gifting supplier" and you paid to be the answer, with the query that produced each lead readable in the search terms report. It puts 70 to 90 percent of a service or B2B business's budget on Search and treats Performance Max as a second campaign for ecommerce catalogues with a feed or accounts already at 50 or more conversions a month. The Meta page describes the opposite motion: campaigns reach people in feeds who were not looking, so the hook, the creative and the audience do the work, click-to-WhatsApp and Instant Forms with qualifying questions carry chat-heavy businesses such as clinics and real estate, and ecommerce brands start at Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,00,000 so that enough purchases happen for the algorithm to learn.

Which should a single business buy first with Rs.25,000 a month to spend on management?

The honest sequencing answer follows the table. If people already type what you sell into Google and you can fund the Rs.30,000 floor, Google Ads first: the demand is there, the fee covers 50 percent more of it than Meta's plan, and the account structure the fee builds is the more durable asset. If the demand has to be created, or the product has to be seen to be wanted, Meta first, and plan the creative pipeline before the budget, because the plan's value is four fresh creatives a month, not three campaigns. If a Google Business Profile already brings walk-ins and the question is whether to add paid at all, our guide to Meta Ads when you already rank on Google Maps and the Rs.15,000 local SEO plan come before either Launch plan. And if the answer is both, do not buy two Launch plans at Rs.50,000: the performance marketing bundle at Rs.45,000 puts Meta, Google and YouTube on one P&L for Rs.5,000 a month less, a comparison we will work on its own.

What neither Rs.25,000 plan includes

The ad budget itself, billed by Google or Meta to your own card or invoice. Landing page design and build, a separate fixed project on both pages. Video shoots and product photography, briefed or scoped separately. Call tracking software on Google, influencer fees and licensed music on Meta. And GST at 18 percent on the fee, which takes Rs.25,000 to Rs.29,500 on either platform.

Which published figures do not line up between the two pages?

  • The Meta page shows its Growth tier at Rs.45,000 a month and $1,500 a month, the same dollar figure as its Scale tier at Rs.75,000, while the Google page shows Growth at Rs.45,000 and $900. The rupee figures are the ones to plan on; the Meta Growth dollar figure looks like an error and we have flagged it.
  • Google Launch publishes a Rs.30,000 floor inside the tier itself. Meta Launch publishes only a ceiling of Rs.1,00,000, and the floor of Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 appears in the page's text as a realistic minimum rather than a plan rule, so a Meta account can technically start lower and the page says what happens if it does.
  • Meta Launch caps the structure at 3 campaigns; Google Launch publishes no count and the account structure guide says plainly that we do not promise one. A like-for-like structure comparison is therefore impossible from the pages, and this guide does not invent one.
  • The Google page states Rs.10 to Rs.40 as a click cost for local service searches and the Meta page states Rs.150 to Rs.1,500 as a cost per lead, so the lead table above compares a click band converted at an assumed 5 percent with a lead band; the two are not measured the same way.

What the two pages agree on is worth more than the differences: a flat fee that is never a share of spend, tracking verified before the first rupee, the ad account, pixel or tag container and audiences created in your name so that leaving costs you nothing but our access, and a written change log every week. Our Meta Ads for real estate leads guide shows what the Meta plan looks like inside one category; the Google account structure guide above does the same for Search. Pick the platform by the demand you have, fund it at or above Rs.1,000 a day, and judge it at six to eight weeks on cost per lead, which is the one rule both pages share.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Rs.25,000 management fee really the same for Google Ads and Meta Ads?

Yes, on our pages both Launch plans are Rs.25,000 a month, about $500, or Rs.29,500 with 18 percent GST, and neither is a percentage of spend. What differs is the ad budget each plan is sized for: Google Launch covers Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000 a month and Meta Launch up to Rs.1,00,000. Both bill the media to your own Google or Meta account, so the fee is the only money that goes to the agency on either platform.

What is the minimum ad budget for each platform at the Rs.25,000 fee?

Google Launch publishes Rs.30,000 a month as a plan floor, about Rs.1,000 a day, with Rs.50,000 or more suggested for real estate, education, insurance and clinics. Meta Launch publishes no floor in the tier but the page calls Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 a month the realistic minimum for lead flow in a metro and Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,00,000 the starting point for ecommerce. Below roughly Rs.1,000 a day, both pages say the account never leaves its learning phase.

Can one business run both Google Ads and Meta Ads for Rs.25,000 a month?

Not on the two Launch plans, which would cost Rs.50,000 a month in fees before GST. The route both pages point to is the performance marketing bundle at Rs.45,000 a month, which manages Meta, Google and YouTube under one report and is Rs.5,000 a month cheaper than buying the two single-channel plans separately. The bundle has its own spend bands, so check them against your total budget before assuming it fits.

How quickly does each platform go live, and when should results be judged?

Google Launch starts with a 3 to 5 working day audit and forecast, goes live within 7 to 10 working days once tracking is verified, spends 2 to 3 weeks in a learning phase and is judged at 6 to 8 weeks on cost per lead trend. Meta Launch goes live within 7 working days of inputs, usually produces first leads in the first week of spend, needs 4 to 6 weeks of data and is judged at day 45. Neither page asks you to judge on the first fortnight.

Who owns the ad account, the pixel and the data on each plan?

You do, on both. The Google page creates the Ads account, the GA4 property and the Tag Manager container in your Google account; the Meta page keeps the ad account, Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences and page in your Business Manager, with the agency added as a partner. On either platform, ending the engagement means removing our access, and the Meta page adds that its plans run month to month with 15 days notice after the first month.

What happens when ad spend crosses the Launch ceiling on each platform?

On Google, spend above Rs.1,50,000 a month moves the account to Growth at Rs.45,000, which covers Rs.1.5 to 5 lakh and adds Shopping, Demand Gen, remarketing, A/B ad testing and a fortnightly call. On Meta, spend above Rs.1,00,000 moves to Growth at the same Rs.45,000, covering up to Rs.5 lakh with full-funnel retargeting and 8 creatives a month. The Meta page says a plan move is discussed after two consecutive months in the higher band, before the invoice changes.
