A Month of Google Business Profile Work at Rs.15,000: The Local Presence Plan Week by Week (2026)

Our local SEO page sells Local Presence at Rs.15,000 a month for one location: a full profile optimisation, 8 posts, 5 citations, every review answered within 48 hours and a map-pack rank report. This is how those commitments land across the four weeks of a month, what each one costs if you split the fee, and where the plan stops and Local Growth begins.

On our local SEO page, Rs.15,000 a month buys one location a full Google Business Profile optimisation inside the first 10 working days, 8 posts, 5 new citations, every review answered within 48 hours, monthly photo updates and a map-pack rank report. Week by week: 2 posts, 1 to 2 citations, replies within 2 days, one report at month end.

Key takeaways

  • Local Presence is Rs.15,000 a month, about $300, or Rs.17,700 with 18 percent GST, for exactly one location; the page prints the quantities beside the price: full profile optimisation, 8 posts, 5 citations, every review answered within 48 hours, photo and service updates, a monthly map-pack rank report.
  • The month opens with a written audit inside 5 working days, which the page says you receive whether or not you proceed, and the full optimisation of every profile field is finished inside the first 10 working days.
  • Spread across four weeks the cadence is 2 posts a week, 1 to 2 citations a week, review replies inside 48 hours of each review, fresh photos once a month and the grid report at month end, on our reading of the page's weekly and monthly lists.
  • Split evenly across its named parts, the fee is Rs.1,875 per post if posts were the whole plan and Rs.3,000 per citation if citations were, which is why the page compares it with Rs.3,600 to Rs.4,000 profile-only tools on scope rather than price.
  • The page says most businesses need 30 to 50 accurate citations; at 5 a month Local Presence builds that in 6 to 10 months, our arithmetic, which is the honest reason the citation line keeps running after the first month.
  • Review generation, location pages, local schema, 12 posts and 10 citations belong to Local Growth at Rs.30,000; spam-listing removal and Q&A seeding to Multi-Location at Rs.60,000; ads, paid directory upgrades, photography, a new website and GST sit outside every tier.

Rs.15,000 a month is the Local Presence price on our local SEO and Google Business Profile page, and the page does something most local SEO pricing does not: it prints the quantities next to the price. One location. A full profile optimisation. 8 posts a month. 5 new citations a month. Every review answered within 48 hours. Photo and service updates. A monthly map-pack rank report. Our local SEO cost guide already works that tier against the two above it, per location; this guide does the other thing a buyer needs, which is to lay the month out as work. Week by week, what happens to the profile, what goes out, what gets built, what gets answered, and what you see at the end. Every quantity below is from the local SEO page and the pricing page as read on 12 October 2026; the per-week split and the per-deliverable arithmetic are ours and are marked as such.

What does Rs.15,000 buy in a month on the Local Presence plan?

The Local Presence plan as published on our local SEO page (read 12 October 2026), with the cadence the page attaches to each line
Published lineQuantityWhen the page says it happens
Google Business Profile audit and optimisationEvery field: categories, services with descriptions, attributes, hours, service area, booking links, products, descriptionAudit findings in writing within 5 working days; optimisation done in the first 10 working days
Posts8 a month: offers, updates, events and service spotlights, each with a photo and a call to actionWeekly, from the first live week
Review repliesEvery review, positive and negative, drafted by the agency and approved by you where neededWithin 48 hours of each review
Citations5 new listings a month on directories such as Justdial, Sulekha, IndiaMART, Bing Places and Apple Maps, name, address and phone identical to the profile; wrong existing listings corrected firstWeekly, with consistency checked
Photo, product and service updatesFresh photos uploaded, geotagged where appropriate; service and product lists kept currentMonthly
Map-pack rank reportPositions by locality grid, calls, direction requests and website clicks from the profile, review count and rating trend, work logMonthly on Local Presence
Profile audit for unwanted editsProfile compared against the agency's record; category, attribute and user-edit changes reportedMonthly

Two things on this list set the plan apart from a posting tool. The first is that the profile is owned by a Google account in your name before anything else is touched, with the agency added as a manager; the page repeats that the profile, the reviews and every report stay with you if you stop, on a month-to-month retainer with 15 days notice. The second is the checking. The page says Google can change a category, drop an attribute or accept a bad user edit without telling you, so the monthly audit against the held record is part of the fee, not an extra. Our guide to the profile plus website setup that wins the map pack explains why the website side matters too; Local Presence is the profile side of that pairing.

How does the first month run, week by week?

The page gives the month as two lists, a weekly loop and a monthly loop, plus a process with day and week counts. Put together, the first month looks like the table below. The split of 8 posts into 2 a week and 5 citations into 1 to 2 a week is our reading; the page commits to the monthly totals, not to a particular day.

Our arithmetic: the published Local Presence commitments laid across the first four weeks of a month
WeekProfilePosts and photosCitationsReviewsWhat you receive
Week 1Audit of every field, existing citations found and compared, map-pack positions recorded on a grid; ownership moved to your Google account; suspensions or duplicates resolvedFirst photo set once the profile is yoursWrong existing listings identified for correctionReplies begin on the 48-hour clock from the day access is grantedThe written audit within 5 working days, whether or not you proceed
Week 2Categories, services, hours, service area, attributes and description corrected; full optimisation complete by working day 102 posts1 to 2 new citations, name, address and phone identical to the profileEvery review within 48 hoursNothing formal; the work log is open
Week 3Profile checked against the held record2 posts1 to 2 new citationsEvery review within 48 hoursNothing formal; the work log is open
Week 4Monthly audit for unwanted edits; service and product lists brought current2 posts, plus the month's photo upload1 to 2 new citations, reaching 5 for the monthEvery review within 48 hoursMap-pack grid re-run and the monthly report: positions by locality, calls, directions, website clicks, review trend, work log

Month two and after drop the setup rows and keep the rhythm: the page describes the work from month two as rhythmic, with a post, photos, review replies and new citations each week and the grid re-run each month. If the profile was suspended when the month began, the page adds 2 to 6 weeks for reinstatement before any of this counts, with the reinstatement itself typically taking 1 to 4 weeks once the cause is fixed. And if the listing's calls, messages and direction requests are not reaching your own analytics, our guide to tracking which leads the profile produced is the fifteen-minute job to do in week 1, because the month-end report counts those from Google's own data.

What does each deliverable cost if you split the fee?

There is no published per-item price, and the plan is sold as a bundle. Splitting it anyway is still useful, because it shows what a cheaper alternative actually drops. The page itself gives the comparison points: productised tools and freelancers managing only the profile at about Rs.3,600 to Rs.4,000 per location per month, usually for scheduled posts and little else, and agencies managing only the profile at Rs.16,000 to Rs.24,000.

Our arithmetic: the Rs.15,000 fee divided by each published quantity, as if that line were the whole plan, against the page's market bands
If the fee bought only this linePer unitWhat the page says the cheaper alternative includes
8 postsRs.1,875 per postA Rs.3,600 to Rs.4,000 tool is mostly scheduled posts, so its posts cost about Rs.450 to Rs.500 each and the Rs.11,000 to Rs.11,400 difference is the rest of the list
5 citationsRs.3,000 per citationTools generally build none; the page says wrong existing listings are corrected first, which a tool does not do
Review repliesNot divisible; the quantity is every review, within 48 hoursTools do not draft replies; profile-only agencies at Rs.16,000 to Rs.24,000 usually do
The audit and the monthly checkRs.15,000 once, if nothing else were boughtThe page says the audit comes in writing within 5 working days whether or not you proceed
The whole plan with GSTRs.17,700 a month, Rs.2,12,400 a yearGST is added to the retainer for Indian clients on every tier

The arithmetic says the plan is priced below the Rs.16,000 to Rs.24,000 the page gives for profile-only agencies while carrying the citations and the report those usually leave out, and about four times a posting tool. Which of those is the right comparison depends on whether the profile needs prominence built, which is citations, reviews and activity together, or only needs to stop going quiet.

How many months of citations does a profile need?

The page's citation FAQ says most businesses need 30 to 50 accurate citations built over the first few months, with name, address and phone identical on all of them, and that correcting old wrong listings matters as much as building new ones. Local Presence builds 5 a month. On our arithmetic that is 6 to 10 months to reach the band, which is the plain reason the line does not stop after month one. Local Growth builds 10 a month and reaches the same band in 3 to 5 months, which is one of the things the Rs.30,000 tier buys beyond a second and third location. A business starting with a dozen inconsistent listings from an old vendor, a customer-created profile and a personal Gmail from 2019, the three cases the page names, spends its first citation weeks on corrections rather than additions.

What does the month not include, and when is Local Growth the right plan?

  • A review generation flow. The QR code for the counter or invoice and the WhatsApp follow-up template that asks for a review at the right moment are Local Growth lines; on Local Presence, reviews are answered, not solicited.
  • Location pages and local schema on your website. From Local Growth upward the page builds one page per location with address, map, hours, services, reviews and LocalBusiness markup, and the page says Google cross-checks the profile against the website.
  • 12 posts and 10 citations a month, and a fortnightly report instead of a monthly one, all Local Growth.
  • Spam-listing removal, Q&A seeding, local link building and a per-location dashboard, which are Multi-Location at Rs.60,000 for up to 10 locations.
  • Paid directory upgrades or featured listings, Google Ads or Local Services Ads spend, photography and video shoots, a new website if you have none, printed signage or QR standees beyond the artwork file, and GST.

The page's own answer to when the single plan is not enough is a city with competition: a well-run profile can carry a small-town business, but in a city prominence depends on signals outside the profile, review velocity, citations and a location page Google can match to the listing. That is the line between Local Presence and Local Growth. If the question is whether to have a website at all, our guide to whether Google Maps alone is enough comes first; if paid search is on the table, Google Ads management is a separate decision with its own Rs.30,000 budget floor, and the review QR code the page mentions is the same mechanism our WhatsApp marketing plans automate at scale.

When does the map pack move, and what does the month-end report show?

The page gives two timelines and does not blur them. For an uncontested locality with a properly optimised profile, movement typically shows within 4 to 8 weeks. For competitive categories in a large city, dentists, gyms or real estate in a metro, 3 to 6 months as reviews, citations and location pages accumulate. The first month-end report therefore rarely shows a ranking jump; what it shows is the grid position by locality, the calls, direction requests and website clicks the profile produced from Google's own data, the review count and rating trend, and the work log of what was done. The page also says anyone promising the top of the map pack in a week is describing a trick, not a method, which is the standard the report is held to.

The three ranking inputs the month works on

Google documents relevance, distance and prominence for local ranking. Distance is fixed by the address and the service area, so the month's work is the other two: relevance through categories, services and the description fixed in the first 10 working days, and prominence through reviews answered, citations added and a profile that posts every week instead of going quiet.

Which published figures need care when you read the plan?

  • The page says the optimisation is done in the first 10 working days and the audit findings arrive within 5 working days; in a month with a public holiday those are calendar weeks 2 and 1 respectively, so the first posts realistically start in week 2, not day 1.
  • The 8 posts and 5 citations are monthly totals. The 2-a-week and 1-to-2-a-week cadence in this guide is our even split, and a month with five weeks still carries the same 8 and 5.
  • The Rs.3,600 to Rs.4,000 tool band and the Rs.16,000 to Rs.24,000 profile-only agency band are the page's market description, not its own prices; its own prices are Rs.15,000, Rs.30,000 and Rs.60,000.
  • The 30 to 50 citation figure is a FAQ answer about what most businesses need, not a plan commitment; the plan commits to 5 a month, so the runway to the band is arithmetic, not a promise.
  • The page lists the review QR code under Local Growth in its deliverables and tiers but describes the review flow being installed in weeks 1 to 2 of its process section; on Local Presence, assume reviews are answered rather than generated unless your scope says otherwise.

Everything above is on the local SEO page and the pricing page. The plan starts with the written audit within 5 working days, the profile moves into your own Google account before the first field is edited, and the retainer runs month to month, which the page says is how it holds itself to the cadence. For a business comparing this with paid channels at the same point, our Google Ads versus Meta Ads comparison sets out what Rs.25,000 of management buys on each, and the page itself places local SEO before either when the business already has walk-in demand nearby.

Frequently asked questions

How many Google Business Profile posts does the Rs.15,000 plan publish, and what goes in them?

8 a month on Local Presence and 12 on Local Growth. The page describes them as offers, updates, events and service spotlights, each with a photo and a call to action, and says Google treats a profile that publishes as an active business while dormant profiles slide. Spread evenly that is 2 posts a week; the plan commits to the monthly total rather than a fixed day, and the first posts realistically go out in week 2, after the profile is in your account and the fields are fixed.

Does the Rs.15,000 plan include asking customers for reviews?

Not as a flow. Local Presence answers every review within 48 hours, with a specific reply that names the service for positive reviews and a calm, factual response for negative ones, drafted by the agency and approved by you where needed. The review generation flow, a QR code for the counter or invoice plus a WhatsApp follow-up template sent after the service, is listed under Local Growth at Rs.30,000. Either way the page rules out incentives, gating and bulk requests from one device, because Google removes those reviews.

What happens in the first 10 working days of a local SEO retainer?

The audit comes first, within 5 working days: every profile field checked, existing citations found and compared, and map-pack positions recorded on a locality grid, with the findings in writing whether or not you proceed. Then, inside the first 10 working days, the full optimisation: ownership moved to a Google account in your name, categories, services, hours, service area, attributes, booking links, products and the description corrected, and suspensions or duplicates resolved. Posts, citations and photos start once that is done.

How long does it take for a Google Business Profile to rank after a month of work?

The page gives two answers and keeps them apart. An uncontested locality with a properly optimised profile typically shows movement within 4 to 8 weeks. Competitive categories in a large city, such as dentists, gyms or real estate in a metro, take 3 to 6 months as reviews, citations and location pages accumulate. A profile that was suspended adds 2 to 6 weeks before that clock starts. The first monthly report shows the grid position, calls, directions and clicks, not a guarantee of a map-pack place.

Why does a local SEO plan keep building citations every month?

Because the page says most businesses need 30 to 50 accurate citations with name, address and phone identical on all of them, and Local Presence builds 5 a month, which reaches that band in 6 to 10 months on our arithmetic. Local Growth builds 10 a month and gets there in 3 to 5. The first weeks often go on correcting wrong existing listings rather than adding new ones, because an old vendor's listing with a different phone number undoes the consistency Google uses to confirm the business exists where it says it does.

Can the Rs.15,000 plan cover two branches?

No. Local Presence is priced for one location, and the page prices by location count rather than business size because every profile needs its own posts, citations, review stream and report. Two or three branches move to Local Growth at Rs.30,000, which our local SEO cost guide works out to Rs.10,000 per location, and up to ten branches sit on Multi-Location at Rs.60,000 with Rs.5,000 for each location beyond that. At exactly two locations Local Growth costs the same as two Local Presence plans and adds more posts, citations, review generation and location pages.
