Rs.45,000 Performance Bundle vs Rs.25,000 Meta Plus Rs.25,000 Google Bought Separately: Channel Count Decides, Not Price (2026)
Performance Launch is Rs.5,000 a month cheaper than the Meta Ads Launch and Google Ads Launch plans bought apart, so the price does not decide anything. What does is whether you need both channels at all, how much spend each route can carry, and what each one reports.

Performance Launch at Rs.45,000 a month is Rs.5,000 cheaper than the Rs.25,000 Meta Ads Launch and Rs.25,000 Google Ads Launch plans bought apart, so price does not decide it. Buy the bundle only if you need both channels on Rs.1 to 3 lakh of combined spend; one channel at Rs.25,000 is Rs.20,000 cheaper than either route.
Key takeaways
- Three published prices: one channel Rs.25,000 (Rs.29,500 with GST), both channels bought separately Rs.50,000 (Rs.59,000), both channels bundled on Performance Launch Rs.45,000 (Rs.53,100). The bundle saves Rs.5,000 a month, Rs.5,900 with GST, by our arithmetic.
- The spend ceilings differ more than the fees: Meta Launch covers up to Rs.1 lakh and Google Launch Rs.30,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh, so the pair tops out at Rs.2.5 lakh combined; Performance Launch covers up to Rs.3 lakh. Between Rs.2.5 and 3 lakh the separate route needs Meta Growth and costs Rs.70,000 against the bundle's Rs.45,000.
- Below Rs.1 lakh of combined spend the performance page recommends a single channel, not its own bundle, so the two Launch plans are the only published way to run both channels on Rs.60,000 to Rs.1 lakh of media.
- Bought separately, you get two monthly reports, the Meta plan's monthly call, 4 Meta creatives a month plus Google's responsive search ads, and a Meta go-live within 7 working days. Bundled, you get one Looker Studio dashboard on a blended target, 6 creatives shared across both channels, and a go-live within 2 to 3 weeks after a 5-to-7 day audit and a 1-to-2 week measurement build.
- Above Rs.3 lakh the same Rs.5,000 gap repeats one tier up: Performance Growth at Rs.85,000 carries Meta, Google and YouTube on Rs.3 to 10 lakh, while Meta Growth plus Google Growth costs Rs.90,000 for two channels on the same band.
Our performance marketing page prices Performance Launch at Rs.45,000 a month for Meta and Google managed together, and says in the same line that this is Rs.5,000 less than the two Launch plans apart. The Meta Ads Launch plan and the Google Ads Launch plan are Rs.25,000 each. A buyer who stops at the fee has the answer in one subtraction. This comparison does not stop there, because the Rs.5,000 is the least important difference between the two routes. The ceilings on ad spend differ by Rs.50,000. The reporting differs in kind. The go-live timelines differ by weeks. And the cheapest published option is neither of them: one channel at Rs.25,000, which is Rs.20,000 less than the bundle. Every price, deliverable and timeline below is from the performance marketing, Meta ads, Google ads and pricing pages as read on 23 October 2026; totals, percentages and dates are our arithmetic and marked as ours.
What does the Rs.5,000 a month actually separate?
The table puts the bundled tier beside the two single-channel plans line by line, using only what each page publishes for its Launch tier. Where a page lists something for the service in general rather than for the Launch tier specifically, the table says so.
| Meta Launch plus Google Launch, bought separately | Performance Launch, bundled | |
|---|---|---|
| Management fee | Rs.25,000 plus Rs.25,000 = Rs.50,000 a month; Rs.59,000 with GST | Rs.45,000 a month; Rs.53,100 with GST |
| Ad spend the plans cover | Meta up to Rs.1,00,000; Google Rs.30,000 to Rs.1,50,000; Rs.2,50,000 combined at most | Up to Rs.3,00,000 combined; about Rs.1,00,000 the page's floor for readable data |
| Tracking before spend | Meta: Pixel plus Conversions API. Google: GA4, Tag Manager and offline conversion import | GA4 as the single source of truth, Conversions API, Google enhanced conversions, consistent UTM rules |
| Campaigns | Meta: up to 3 campaigns. Google: Search plus Performance Max, no cap published | Meta prospecting, retargeting and Advantage+; Google Search, Performance Max and Shopping; no cap published |
| Creative | Meta: 4 new ad creatives a month. Google: responsive search ads with 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad group, refreshed monthly | 6 creatives a month on a hook, format and audience matrix, with winners cut for the other channel |
| Optimisation | Weekly on each plan, each with its own change log | One weekly session across both channels, one shared change log |
| Reporting | Meta: monthly report plus call. Google: monthly report; Looker Studio dashboard from Growth | One monthly Looker Studio dashboard: spend, blended cost per acquisition or ROAS against a margin-based target, reallocation for next month |
| Review calls | Monthly call on Meta Launch; fortnightly calls from Growth on both | Fortnightly review with a senior lead from Growth; none listed on Launch |
| Go-live | Meta: within 7 working days of inputs. Google: 3-to-5 day audit, then live within 7 to 10 working days | 5-to-7 working day audit, 1-to-2 week measurement build, live within 2 to 3 weeks of inputs |
| Not included on any route | Ad budget, landing page builds, shoots, third-party tools, GST | The same, plus Amazon, Flipkart and LinkedIn, which are separate services |
Read down the right-hand column and the bundle is a different product, not a discount: one conversion definition, one target, one dashboard, one weekly session. Read down the left and the separate route has three things the bundle's Launch tier does not list: a monthly call, Google's offline conversion import named explicitly in the tier, and a Meta account live inside a week. Our performance marketing retainer cost guide prices the three performance tiers against the single-channel plans at five spend levels; this post stays at the entry point, where most buyers actually decide.
Which ad budgets can each route carry?
This is where the two routes separate. The Meta Launch plan is sized for ad budgets up to Rs.1 lakh a month and the Google Launch plan for Rs.30,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh, so the two bought together carry at most Rs.2.5 lakh of combined spend at Launch prices. Performance Launch carries up to Rs.3 lakh. At the other end, the Meta page calls Rs.30,000 to Rs.50,000 a month a realistic minimum in a metro and the Google page sets Rs.30,000 as its floor, while the performance page says about Rs.1 lakh combined is the floor at which two-channel data becomes readable, and below it recommends a single channel. The table runs both fees against five combined budgets, with GST at 18 percent on the fee only.
| Combined monthly ad budget (Meta / Google) | Separate plans required and fee | Separate fee as share of media; all-in with GST | Bundle fee | Bundle fee as share of media; all-in with GST |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rs.60,000 (Rs.30,000 / Rs.30,000) | Meta Launch plus Google Launch, Rs.50,000 | 83.3 percent; Rs.1,19,000 | Below the page's Rs.1 lakh floor; it recommends one channel | Not the published route |
| Rs.1,00,000 (Rs.50,000 / Rs.50,000) | Meta Launch plus Google Launch, Rs.50,000 | 50 percent; Rs.1,59,000 | Rs.45,000 | 45 percent; Rs.1,53,100 |
| Rs.2,00,000 (Rs.1,00,000 / Rs.1,00,000) | Meta Launch at its ceiling plus Google Launch, Rs.50,000 | 25 percent; Rs.2,59,000 | Rs.45,000 | 22.5 percent; Rs.2,53,100 |
| Rs.2,50,000 (Rs.1,00,000 / Rs.1,50,000) | Both Launch plans at their ceilings, Rs.50,000 | 20 percent; Rs.3,09,000 | Rs.45,000 | 18 percent; Rs.3,03,100 |
| Rs.3,00,000 (Rs.1,50,000 / Rs.1,50,000) | Meta Growth plus Google Launch, Rs.70,000 | 23.3 percent; Rs.3,82,600 | Rs.45,000, the top of its band | 15 percent; Rs.3,53,100 |
Three things fall out of the table. From Rs.1 lakh to Rs.2.5 lakh the gap is a flat Rs.5,000 a month, Rs.5,900 with GST, which over a year is Rs.70,800 by our arithmetic, real money but not a deciding amount against media of Rs.12 lakh or more. Between Rs.2.5 and 3 lakh the gap jumps to Rs.25,000 a month, because any Meta budget above Rs.1 lakh moves the separate route to Meta Growth at Rs.45,000, and that is the one band where the bundle is clearly the cheaper fee. And under Rs.1 lakh the comparison does not exist: the performance page sends that buyer to a single channel, so a business that wants both channels on Rs.60,000 of media has only the two Launch plans as a published route, at a fee that is 83 percent of the media it manages.
When is one Rs.25,000 plan the right buy instead of either route?
More often than the framing of this post suggests. The cheapest published way to run paid media is one channel at Rs.25,000, Rs.29,500 with GST, and both single-channel pages describe who it is for. The Google page describes Search as buying stated intent, someone who typed the query and can be read in the search terms report, and puts 70 to 90 percent of a service or B2B budget there until the good queries run out. The Meta page describes the opposite motion, creative put in front of people who were not looking, and calls four fresh creatives a month the plan's real value. If your demand is only one of those kinds, the second channel is a second learning phase, a second Rs.30,000 floor and a second report, and the bundle's Rs.5,000 saving is a saving on something you did not need. Our Google Ads versus Meta Ads at the same Rs.25,000 fee comparison works that choice through the two pages' own click and lead bands; the short version is Google first when people already search for what you sell, Meta first when the demand has to be created.
The order the pages themselves suggest
Start on the channel that matches your demand at Rs.25,000. Add the second channel when the first is funded at or above Rs.1,000 a day and judged at 6 to 8 weeks on Google or day 45 on Meta, which are the two pages' own judgment windows. At that point you are at or near Rs.1 lakh combined, which is where the performance page says the bundle's two-channel data becomes readable. Buying both channels on day one at Rs.50,000 of fee against Rs.60,000 of media is the published route the pages are least enthusiastic about.
When do the two separate plans beat the bundle?
- When combined spend is under Rs.1 lakh. The performance page puts its readable-data floor at about Rs.1 lakh across two channels and recommends a single channel below it, so the pair of Launch plans is the only published route for two channels on Rs.60,000 to Rs.1 lakh of media.
- When one channel carries almost all the budget. A Rs.1.4 lakh Google account with a Rs.10,000 Meta retargeting line is a Google Launch plan with a question mark, not a bundle; the bundle's value is in the reallocation between channels, and there is nothing to reallocate.
- When you want a monthly call on the entry tier. Meta Launch lists a monthly report plus call; Performance Launch lists a monthly Looker Studio dashboard and a written reallocation, and its fortnightly review with a senior lead starts on Growth.
- When a Meta account has to be live inside a week. The Meta page says live within 7 working days of inputs; the performance page's audit alone is 5 to 7 working days, before a 1-to-2 week measurement build.
- When closed deals live in a CRM and you want the import named in the tier. Google Launch lists GA4, Tag Manager and offline conversion import on the tier card; the performance page describes weekly offline conversion import in its lead-generation measurement but lists it under its approach, not on the Launch card. The account structure behind the Rs.25,000 Google plan sets out what that import does to Smart Bidding.
When does the bundle beat the two plans?
- When both channels genuinely carry budget between Rs.1 lakh and Rs.3 lakh combined. That is the band the tier is sized for, and the fee is lower at every point in it.
- When the Meta share passes Rs.1 lakh. Meta Launch stops there; the separate route becomes Meta Growth plus Google Launch at Rs.70,000, and the bundle at Rs.45,000 is Rs.25,000 a month cheaper, Rs.29,500 with GST.
- When two reports have already disagreed. The performance page's own failure case is both platforms reporting 3x while the bank shows 1.8x; it counts a conversion once in GA4 and your order or CRM data and reports one blended cost per acquisition or ROAS against a target set from your margin. The two single-channel pages each describe their own tracking stack and their own monthly report, and neither mentions reconciling against the other.
- When creative should travel. The bundle's 6 creatives are briefed on one matrix and its page says winners are cut for the other channels; the separate route's 4 Meta creatives and Google's responsive search ads are produced and refreshed on two separate cadences.
- When you expect to pass Rs.3 lakh within the year. The bundle's next step is one tier; the separate route's next step is two.
What happens above Rs.3 lakh of combined spend?
The same Rs.5,000 gap reappears one tier up, with one difference that matters. Performance Growth is Rs.85,000 a month for Meta, Google and YouTube on Rs.3 to 10 lakh of spend. The separate route at that band is Meta Growth at Rs.45,000 for Rs.1 to 5 lakh plus Google Growth at Rs.45,000 for Rs.1.5 to 5 lakh, Rs.90,000 for two channels with a combined ceiling of Rs.10 lakh. YouTube would be a third plan at Rs.20,000 on YouTube Launch or Rs.40,000 on YouTube Growth. The table sets the step-ups side by side; the three-channel arithmetic at Rs.6 lakh and Rs.10 lakh, and the point near Rs.15 lakh where the bundle stops being cheaper, is in the retainer cost guide.
| Separate route: Meta Growth plus Google Growth | Bundled route: Performance Growth | |
|---|---|---|
| Fee | Rs.45,000 plus Rs.45,000 = Rs.90,000; Rs.1,06,200 with GST | Rs.85,000; Rs.1,00,300 with GST |
| Spend band | Meta Rs.1 to 5 lakh, Google Rs.1.5 to 5 lakh; up to Rs.10 lakh combined | Rs.3 to 10 lakh combined |
| Channels | Meta and Google; YouTube a separate Rs.20,000 or Rs.40,000 plan | Meta, Google and YouTube |
| Creative | Meta 8 a month; Google A/B ad testing | 12 a month including 4 video cuts |
| Review cadence | Fortnightly calls on both plans | Fortnightly review with a senior lead |
| Extras named on the tier | Meta: full funnel and retargeting, landing page CRO recommendations. Google: Shopping, Demand Gen, remarketing, call tracking setup | Landing page CRO recommendations, audience and lifetime value modelling |
How quickly does each route go live from a kick-off on Monday 26 October 2026?
- Meta Launch alone: the page says live within 7 working days of inputs, so a campaign could be running by Wednesday 4 November 2026, our arithmetic, in time for the last days before Diwali on 8 November.
- Google Launch alone: a 3-to-5 working day audit and forecast, then tracking and build live within 7 to 10 working days, so between Monday 9 and Monday 16 November 2026, with a 2-to-3 week learning phase after that.
- Both plans separately: two kick-offs, two audits and two build windows running in parallel; the Meta account is live roughly a week before the Google one, each with its own report.
- Performance Launch: a 5-to-7 working day audit to set the target from margin, a 1-to-2 week measurement build, and campaigns live within 2 to 3 weeks of inputs, so mid to late November 2026 for both channels together, with the first monthly dashboard after the first full month.
The bundle's slower start is not padding; it is the measurement build that makes the single report possible. If the campaign has to be live for a date in the next fortnight, the separate route's Meta plan is the only one of the three that can promise it on the pages' own durations. Whichever route you pick, the pages agree on where the clicks land being outside the fee: landing page design and build is a separate fixed project under landing pages and CRO on all three.
What does neither route promise?
Read before comparing fees
No cost per lead, cost per acquisition or return on ad spend benchmark appears on any of the three pages, and none appears here. The Google page publishes typical click costs by category, the Meta page a typical lead cost band from its audits, and the performance page says its target is calculated from your margin in the audit. All three bill the ad budget from your own accounts, register the accounts, pixels, tags and dashboards in your name, work month to month, and add 18 percent GST to the fee for Indian clients.
So the decision is channel count, then spend, then reporting. One kind of demand: one plan at Rs.25,000. Two kinds of demand under Rs.1 lakh of media: the two Launch plans, with the bundle in view for the month the combined budget crosses a lakh. Two kinds of demand between Rs.1 and 3 lakh: the bundle, cheaper by Rs.5,000 to Rs.25,000 a month and reporting one number. If the total budget is still the open question, our guide to how much a small business should spend on digital marketing per month sets the all-in number before this post splits it, and the pricing page lists every plan named here next to each other, GST extra for Indian clients.
Frequently asked questions
Is the Rs.45,000 performance bundle cheaper than buying Meta Ads and Google Ads separately?
Yes, by Rs.5,000 a month at the entry tier: Performance Launch is Rs.45,000 against Rs.25,000 for Meta Ads Launch plus Rs.25,000 for Google Ads Launch. With 18 percent GST that is Rs.53,100 against Rs.59,000, by our arithmetic. The gap widens to Rs.25,000 when the Meta share of spend passes Rs.1 lakh, because the separate route then needs Meta Growth at Rs.45,000. One channel alone, at Rs.25,000, is cheaper than either route.
How much ad spend can the two Rs.25,000 plans carry compared with the bundle?
Meta Ads Launch covers ad budgets up to Rs.1 lakh a month and Google Ads Launch Rs.30,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh, so the two bought together carry at most Rs.2.5 lakh of combined spend at Launch prices. Performance Launch covers up to Rs.3 lakh combined, with about Rs.1 lakh as the floor the performance page gives for readable two-channel data. Below Rs.1 lakh that page recommends a single channel rather than its own bundle.
Do the separate Meta and Google plans share one report?
Not on the pages as published. Meta Ads Launch lists a monthly report plus call, and Google Ads Launch a monthly report, with a Looker Studio dashboard only from Google Growth; each page describes its own tracking stack and neither mentions reconciling against the other. Performance Launch lists one monthly Looker Studio dashboard reporting spend, blended cost per acquisition or ROAS against a margin-based target, with conversions counted once in GA4 and your order or CRM data.
Which route goes live faster, the bundle or the separate plans?
The separate Meta plan, by the pages' own durations: Meta Ads Launch is live within 7 working days of inputs. Google Ads Launch runs a 3-to-5 working day audit and is live within 7 to 10 working days after it. Performance Launch runs a 5-to-7 working day audit and a 1-to-2 week measurement build, and is live within 2 to 3 weeks of inputs. From a kick-off on 26 October 2026 that is about 4 November, 9 to 16 November and mid-to-late November respectively, our arithmetic.
What happens when combined spend passes Rs.3 lakh a month?
The bundle moves to Performance Growth at Rs.85,000 for Meta, Google and YouTube on Rs.3 to 10 lakh of spend, with 12 creatives including 4 video cuts and a fortnightly senior review. The separate route moves to Meta Growth at Rs.45,000 and Google Growth at Rs.45,000, Rs.90,000 for two channels on up to Rs.10 lakh combined, with YouTube a further Rs.20,000 or Rs.40,000 plan. The Rs.5,000 gap repeats, with YouTube inside it.
Should a business start with one channel or both?
The pages point to one. Start on the channel that matches your demand, Google when people already search for what you sell and Meta when the demand has to be created, at Rs.25,000 plus a Rs.30,000 media floor. Add the second channel once the first is funded at Rs.1,000 a day or more and has been judged at 6 to 8 weeks on Google or day 45 on Meta, by which point combined spend is near the Rs.1 lakh the performance page needs for the bundle.
