LinkedIn Ads Cost in India (2026): Rs.150 to Rs.650 a Click, Rs.850 to Rs.2,500 a Lead, and What the Fee Adds

The click, lead and qualified-lead bands for Indian B2B campaigns, the smallest budget worth testing, our three flat management tiers, and when Google Search is the cheaper first move.

LinkedIn ads in India typically cost Rs.150 to Rs.650 per click, Rs.850 to Rs.2,500 per Lead Gen Form lead and Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000 per marketing qualified lead. Plan Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 a month to test and Rs.75,000 to Rs.1,50,000 for steady lead flow. Mediaverse Digital's flat management fee starts at Rs.30,000 a month.

Key takeaways

  • Typical Indian B2B bands on LinkedIn: Rs.150 to Rs.650 a click, Rs.850 to Rs.2,500 a Lead Gen Form lead, Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000 a marketing qualified lead (MQL) after sales grading.
  • Budget floor: Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 a month to test one offer on one or two audiences, Rs.75,000 to Rs.1,50,000 for a predictable weekly count of accepted leads. Below Rs.25,000 results are too erratic to optimise.
  • Our flat fees, plus 18 percent GST on the fee: B2B Launch Rs.30,000 a month for spend of Rs.25,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh, B2B Growth Rs.60,000 for Rs.1.5 to 4 lakh, B2B Scale Rs.1,20,000 above Rs.4 lakh. The fee does not rise with spend inside a tier.
  • On our arithmetic a flat fee is heavy at test budgets: at Rs.50,000 of spend the Rs.30,000 fee is 60 percent of spend and lifts the all-in cost of an MQL from Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000 to Rs.2,400 to Rs.6,400. At Rs.1.4 lakh of spend it adds about a fifth.
  • LinkedIn's Rs.150 to Rs.650 click starts above most Google Search clicks, which our Google Ads page puts at Rs.10 to Rs.40 for local services and Rs.100 to Rs.400 or more for high-ticket categories. LinkedIn earns its price when you sell to a named list of companies that are not searching yet.

LinkedIn is the most expensive mainstream ad platform in India per click, and for many B2B sellers it is still the cheapest per closed deal. Both halves of that sentence are about money, so this guide stays with the money: the click, lead and qualified-lead bands our LinkedIn ads and B2B lead generation page publishes for Indian campaigns, the smallest budget that teaches you anything, our three flat management tiers, and what a qualified lead costs once the fee is counted.

How much does LinkedIn advertising cost per click and per lead in India?

Typical LinkedIn ad costs for Indian B2B campaigns, 2026 (market bands published on our B2B lead generation page)
MetricTypical bandWhat moves it
Cost per click (CPC)Rs.150 to Rs.650Seniority and industry of the audience; senior titles in finance, IT and healthcare sit at the top
Cost per lead (CPL), Lead Gen FormsRs.850 to Rs.2,500Offer strength, form length and how tightly the audience is defined by title and company
Cost per marketing qualified lead (MQL)Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000Qualifying questions on the form and sales grading of every lead in the CRM
Test budgetRs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 a monthEnough for one offer against one or two audiences
Steady lead flowRs.75,000 to Rs.1,50,000 a monthA predictable weekly count of accepted leads

These are market bands, not our rate card, and they are wide because LinkedIn prices the person, not the keyword. A mid-level operations manager in a manufacturing firm is a cheaper click than a CFO at a bank. The number that belongs in your plan is not the category average but cost per accepted lead against your own average deal value, which is the first thing we calculate in the ICP session.

What is the minimum LinkedIn ad budget for B2B in India?

Rs.25,000 a month is the floor our page sets. Below it, LinkedIn's minimum daily bids and small B2B audiences make results too erratic to optimise, and we would point you to a different channel first. To show what the bands mean at each budget, the table divides each monthly spend by the top and bottom of the published click, lead and MQL bands. That is straight division and it is ours: the cheap end of every band rarely arrives together, so treat the ranges as the outer walls, not a forecast.

Our arithmetic: what a monthly LinkedIn spend buys at the published bands (before any management fee)
Monthly ad spendClicks at Rs.150 to Rs.650Leads at Rs.850 to Rs.2,500MQLs at Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000
Rs.25,000 (test floor)38 to 16710 to 296 to 17
Rs.50,000 (top of the test band)77 to 33320 to 5912 to 33
Rs.75,000 (steady-flow floor)115 to 50030 to 8819 to 50
Rs.1,50,000 (top of the steady-flow band)231 to 1,00060 to 17638 to 100

Read the MQL column before the click column. At the Rs.25,000 floor a month can end with six qualified leads, which is too few to tell a good audience from a lucky week. That is why the page treats Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 as a test of one offer, not a lead engine, and why a serious pipeline target starts nearer Rs.75,000.

What does LinkedIn ads management cost in India?

Indian B2B agency fees typically run Rs.20,000 to Rs.50,000 a month at freelance level and Rs.50,000 to Rs.1,50,000 at boutique agencies. Our three tiers sit inside that band and are flat: each covers a band of ad spend, and the fee does not rise because the budget rose within it. The ad budget itself is billed by LinkedIn to your own Campaign Manager, never through us.

Mediaverse Digital published LinkedIn and B2B tiers, 2026 (plus 18 percent GST on the fee; ad budget paid to LinkedIn by you)
TierFeeAd spend it coversWhat it adds
B2B LaunchRs.30,000 a month (about $600)Rs.25,000 to Rs.1,50,000Campaign Manager and Insight Tag setup, 1 to 2 Lead Gen Form campaigns, title and company targeting, 4 creatives a month, CRM lead sync, monthly report
B2B GrowthRs.60,000 a month (about $1,200)Rs.1,50,000 to Rs.4,00,000Account-based lists and matched audiences, Conversation Ads and retargeting, 8 creatives a month, 1 gated asset a quarter, lead scoring loop, fortnightly review call
B2B ScaleRs.1,20,000 a month (about $2,400)Above Rs.4,00,000ABM across LinkedIn and Google Search retargeting, Sales Navigator outbound playbook, 12 or more creatives a month, pipeline-stage reporting, senior B2B strategist

How much of the monthly bill is the fee at different budgets?

A flat fee is fair at scale and heavy at the bottom of each tier, and it helps to see how heavy before you pick a budget. The table sets the published fee against a range of spends and adds 18 percent GST to the fee only, as the page does. The percentages and totals are our arithmetic.

Our arithmetic: fee as a share of spend, and the full monthly bill with GST on the fee
Monthly ad spendTier and feeFee as share of spendMonthly total with GST on the fee
Rs.25,000Launch, Rs.30,000120 percentRs.60,400
Rs.50,000Launch, Rs.30,00060 percentRs.85,400
Rs.1,00,000Launch, Rs.30,00030 percentRs.1,35,400
Rs.1,40,000Launch, Rs.30,00021 percentRs.1,75,400
Rs.1,60,000Growth, Rs.60,00038 percentRs.2,30,800
Rs.4,00,000Growth, Rs.60,00015 percentRs.4,70,800
Rs.4,50,000Scale, Rs.1,20,00027 percentRs.5,91,600

Two things follow. First, a test month at Rs.25,000 of spend costs more in fee than in media, which is honest only if you are buying the setup: the Insight Tag, the CRM sync and a written ICP outlast the test. Second, the share jumps at each tier line. Rs.1.4 lakh of spend carries a 21 percent fee and Rs.1.6 lakh carries 38 percent, because the second budget crosses into Growth. A budget just over a line should either buy what the next tier adds, the account lists and the lead scoring loop, or stay under the line.

What does a qualified lead really cost once the fee is included?

Divide the spend plus the fee by the number of MQLs the spend buys at the published band, and the fee's weight shows up per lead. The figures below are before GST and are our arithmetic on the page's numbers.

Our arithmetic: cost per MQL on spend alone against cost per MQL with the fee, before GST
Spend and feeCost per MQL on spend aloneCost per MQL including the fee
Rs.50,000 spend, Launch Rs.30,000Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000Rs.2,400 to Rs.6,400
Rs.1,00,000 spend, Launch Rs.30,000Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000Rs.1,950 to Rs.5,200
Rs.1,40,000 spend, Launch Rs.30,000Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000Rs.1,821 to Rs.4,857
Rs.3,00,000 spend, Growth Rs.60,000Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000Rs.1,800 to Rs.4,800

At a test budget the fee adds 60 percent to every qualified lead; from about Rs.1 lakh of spend it adds a fifth to a third. So judge a test month on whether the ICP and the offer held, not on its cost per lead, and judge a steady programme on cost per accepted lead with the fee in it. Any agency comparison that quotes cost per lead on spend alone is leaving its own fee out of the sum.

When is LinkedIn cheaper than Google Ads for B2B leads?

Per click, almost never. Our Google Ads management page publishes Indian search clicks at Rs.10 to Rs.40 for local services and Rs.100 to Rs.400 or more for high-ticket categories such as property, loans, legal and MBA admissions. The cheapest LinkedIn click in the band, Rs.150, costs more than most of those. Per deal is a different question, because the two platforms reach different people.

Where each platform earns its price for a B2B seller
SituationStart withWhy
Buyers already search for your categoryGoogle SearchIt buys stated intent at a lower click price; our Google Ads page puts 70 to 90 percent of a B2B company's Google budget on Search until the good queries run out
You sell to a named list of a few hundred companiesLinkedIn, from the Growth tierAccount lists and matched audiences reach the buying committee inside named accounts; lists under about 300 companies are usually too small to serve reliably
The category is new and nobody searches for it yetLinkedInIt creates demand by title and company instead of waiting for searches that do not exist
Deal sizes are large and sales cycles run for monthsBoth, on the Scale tierLinkedIn reaches and qualifies; Google Search retargeting catches the same accounts when they search later

If Search is the right first step for you, our Google Ads management cost guide works through that platform's fees in the same way.

How long before LinkedIn ads produce pipeline?

  1. Days 1 to 5: account and ICP review, with a written ICP, offer and budget recommendation in 3 to 5 working days.
  2. Within 10 working days of access: Insight Tag, conversion events, CRM integration and the first 1 to 2 Lead Gen Form campaigns live with 4 creatives.
  3. Days 7 to 10 of spend: the first form leads arrive.
  4. Weeks 4 to 6: qualified leads stabilise, once sales grades from week 2 have excluded poor-fit titles and companies.
  5. Month 3: meetings and opportunities show meaningfully. Judge the programme at 90 days on cost per accepted lead and its trend.

Because the honest verdict arrives at 90 days, budget for a quarter, not a month. On our arithmetic a Launch quarter at Rs.50,000 of monthly spend is Rs.2,40,000 before GST and Rs.2,56,200 with GST on the three fees. Plans are month to month after the first month with 15 days notice, so the quarter is advice, not a lock-in.

What sits outside every tier

Our page lists it: the ad budget, billed by LinkedIn and Google to your own accounts; Sales Navigator seats, CRM licences and email tool subscriptions; long-form content beyond one gated asset a quarter on Growth and Scale; video shoots and photography; SDR or calling staff, since we design the outbound playbook and your team runs it; and GST on the fee.

What should you ask any LinkedIn agency before signing?

  • Is the fee flat or a percentage of spend, and what happens to it when the budget rises?
  • Whose Campaign Manager, Insight Tag and matched audiences are they? Ours sit under your company page, with our access as a user you can remove.
  • Will leads reach the CRM within minutes, tagged by campaign and creative, or arrive as a weekly spreadsheet?
  • Is the report counted in form fills, or in accepted leads, MQLs and opportunities?
  • How many creatives a month, and who writes them for which job title?

A lead is only as good as what happens after the form. The follow-up sequence that turns a download into a meeting is covered in our email marketing and CRM automation cost guide, and if your campaign sends clicks to a page rather than a native form, our landing page cost guide covers that build. For companies in the US, UK or UAE, the same tiers are billed in dollars, and our page puts an India-based team at 40 to 70 percent below a local agency for the same work. Every fee here is also on our published pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

Why do LinkedIn ads cost so much more per click than Google Ads in India?

Because LinkedIn sells access to a person defined by job title, seniority and employer, and advertisers compete for the same small professional audiences. Typical Indian B2B clicks cost Rs.150 to Rs.650 on LinkedIn, against Rs.10 to Rs.40 for local service searches and Rs.100 to Rs.400 or more for high-ticket categories on Google. The fair comparison is cost per accepted lead against deal value, not cost per click.

Can I run LinkedIn ads for B2B leads on Rs.10,000 a month?

You can spend it, but our page does not recommend it. Below about Rs.25,000 a month, LinkedIn's minimum daily bids and small B2B audiences make results too erratic to optimise, and at the published cost per lead of Rs.850 to Rs.2,500, Rs.10,000 buys roughly 4 to 12 leads. With so few, a good audience and a lucky week look the same. We would suggest Google Search or a different channel first.

How many leads does Rs.50,000 a month on LinkedIn produce in India?

At the published bands, Rs.50,000 of spend divides to roughly 20 to 59 Lead Gen Form leads and 12 to 33 marketing qualified leads a month, on our straight arithmetic. Real results sit wherever your audience, offer and form land in those bands, and the cheap ends rarely arrive together. Treat Rs.50,000 as the top of a test budget: enough to prove one offer, not yet a lead engine.

Does the LinkedIn management fee go up when I increase my ad budget?

Not inside a tier. Our fees are flat: Rs.30,000 a month for spend of Rs.25,000 to Rs.1.5 lakh, Rs.60,000 for Rs.1.5 to 4 lakh and Rs.1,20,000 above Rs.4 lakh, plus 18 percent GST. The fee changes only when spend crosses into the next tier, which also adds scope such as account-based lists, gated assets and, on Scale, Google Search retargeting and a Sales Navigator playbook.

Is GST charged on LinkedIn ads management in India?

Yes, on our fee. GST at 18 percent is added to the management fee for Indian clients, so B2B Launch at Rs.30,000 is Rs.35,400 a month and B2B Growth at Rs.60,000 is Rs.70,800. The ad budget is not paid through us at all: LinkedIn bills it to your own Campaign Manager, so any tax on the media appears on LinkedIn's invoice to you, not ours.

Is LinkedIn advertising worth it for a small B2B company in India?

It is when your buyers are a definable set of companies and titles, and a single deal is worth many times the Rs.1,500 to Rs.4,000 a qualified lead typically costs. It is not when buyers already search for what you sell, because Google Search buys that intent more cheaply. A useful test: if you can name the 300 or more companies you want, LinkedIn can reach them.
