Landing Page Cost in India (2026): Rs.25,000 or Rs.50,000 a Page, and the Ad Spend at Which a Rs.40,000 CRO Retainer Pays for Itself

The Indian page price bands, what our two page prices and two CRO plans include, and the break-even arithmetic that decides whether testing is worth a monthly fee.

A landing page in India costs Rs.8,000 to Rs.25,000 on a template, Rs.40,000 to Rs.80,000 custom, and up to Rs.1,50,000 conversion-engineered. Ours are Rs.25,000 and Rs.50,000 a page. CRO is Rs.40,000 or Rs.80,000 a month, and on our arithmetic pays for itself only above about Rs.1.6 lakh of monthly ad spend.

Key takeaways

  • Indian market bands: template pages Rs.8,000 to Rs.25,000, custom pages Rs.40,000 to Rs.80,000, conversion-engineered pages Rs.80,000 to Rs.1,50,000, and copywriting alone Rs.15,000 to Rs.60,000 a page.
  • Our published prices, plus GST: Campaign Page Rs.25,000 in 3 to 5 days, Conversion Page Rs.50,000 in 1 to 2 weeks, CRO Sprint Rs.40,000 a month for 2 experiments, CRO Programme Rs.80,000 a month for 4 to 6.
  • A lasting conversion lift is worth your monthly ad spend times the lift divided by the baseline. Half a point from a 2 percent baseline is worth 25 percent of spend, so a Sprint breaks even at Rs.1,60,000 a month; from 5 percent it needs Rs.4,00,000.
  • Our page says a Sprint pays above roughly Rs.1 lakh of spend if it lifts conversion half a point. On this arithmetic that holds only at a baseline of 1.25 percent or lower.
  • Tests need 100 to 200 conversions per variant, so a Sprint deciding two A/B tests a month needs 400 to 800 conversions a month. Below that, one well-built page beats a testing retainer.

A landing page is the cheapest fix in most ad accounts, and a conversion rate optimisation retainer is one of the easiest things to overbuy. Both are priced on our landing pages and CRO page, so this guide does two jobs with them. First it sets the Indian market bands against our four published prices. Then it does the arithmetic the price table leaves out: at what monthly ad spend a Rs.40,000 or Rs.80,000 testing retainer can pay for itself, and how much traffic it needs before its tests mean anything.

How much does a landing page cost in India in 2026?

The bands below are the typical Indian ranges published on our landing page service page, not our rate card. The spread is mostly copy and research: the market prices copywriting on its own at Rs.15,000 to Rs.60,000 a page, which says how much of a good page is the words rather than the layout.

CRO ProgrammeRs.80,000 a month (about $1,600)4 to 6 experiments a month, quarterly CRO audit, GA4 funnel analytics, copy and design variants, fortnightly readout, month to month

What does Rs.50,000 buy that a Rs.25,000 landing page does not?

Both pages ship with the tracking wired and test-fired, a lead form with a WhatsApp call to action, and a mobile speed pass that targets under 2 seconds on 4G. The Rs.25,000 difference buys the argument. A Campaign Page edits your existing messaging into a landing page structure on a customised template. A Conversion Page writes direct-response copy from a brief on your offer, audience and objections, approved before design starts, then designs an original page around it with proof and objection blocks, adds heatmaps so you can see where people stop, and hooks leads into a CRM or WhatsApp flow.

On our arithmetic, the Rs.25,000 step sits inside the market band for copywriting alone, Rs.15,000 to Rs.60,000, so the Conversion Page is priced as a Campaign Page plus a copywriter rather than as a separate product. Buy the Campaign Page when the offer is already clear and proven and you need it live this week. Buy the Conversion Page when the page has to do the persuading. How many pages an account needs is a separate question, answered in whether every Meta campaign needs its own landing page: one per offer and audience, not one per campaign.

When does a Rs.40,000 CRO retainer pay for itself?

Here is the method, and it is ours rather than a figure from the service page. A conversion lift that lasts means the same ad spend buys more leads. The extra leads are worth what you would otherwise have paid the ad platforms to get them at today's cost per lead. That value is your monthly ad spend multiplied by the lift divided by the baseline conversion rate. A CRO plan pays for itself in a month when that value is larger than the fee. The table applies it to a half-point lift, the example our page itself uses.

Our arithmetic: monthly ad spend at which a lasting half-point conversion lift covers the fee, before GST

8 percent6.25 percent of ad spendRs.6,40,000 a monthRs.12,80,000 a month

Two readings, one of them against our own page. The service page says that above roughly Rs.1 lakh a month of ad spend a Sprint pays for itself if it moves conversion rate by even half a point. On this arithmetic that is true only when the baseline is 1.25 percent or lower. Our page also publishes 3 to 8 percent as a healthy range for Indian lead-generation pages, and inside that range the Sprint needs Rs.2.4 lakh to Rs.6.4 lakh of monthly spend to cover its fee from a half-point lift alone. The claim does hold for bigger wins: the page's own worked example, a funnel moving from 2 to 3 percent, cuts the cost per lead by a third and covers a Sprint from Rs.80,000 of spend.

The second reading softens the first. The table is the strict test, month by month. A winning test keeps paying after the month it was found, so a half-point lift found in month two is still earning in month six whether or not the plan continues. Over a quarter the bar is lower than the table shows. The table also cuts the other way: it assumes the extra leads are as good as the old ones, and it says nothing about whether any lift happens. Our page states plainly that some tests will lose.

What this arithmetic does not say

It is not a forecast. We publish no conversion lift you should expect from CRO, and nobody honest can. The break-even table tells you how large a lift has to be, at your spend and your baseline, before a monthly testing fee earns its keep. Measure the baseline first; if you do not know it, that is the first job, not testing.

How much traffic does a CRO programme need before tests mean anything?

Our page publishes the floor: most Indian lead-generation funnels need at least 100 to 200 conversions per variant before a test can be called. An A/B test has two variants, so one decision takes 200 to 400 conversions. The Sprint runs 2 experiments a month, which means 400 to 800 conversions a month if both are to reach a decision inside the month. The Programme runs 4 to 6, which means 800 to 2,400.

Our arithmetic: monthly ad spend needed for a Sprint's two tests to decide within the month, at illustrative costs per lead (not benchmarks)
Cost per leadAt 400 conversions a monthAt 800 conversions a month
Rs.250Rs.1,00,000Rs.2,00,000
Rs.500Rs.2,00,000Rs.4,00,000
Rs.1,000Rs.4,00,000Rs.8,00,000

The costs per lead in that table are round numbers chosen to show the shape, not benchmarks. Put in your own. Below the line, the page's own advice applies: run sequential tests and bigger changes rather than splitting thin traffic into noise, or skip the retainer and put the money into one well-built page. The page says as much in its own words: below roughly Rs.1 lakh a month in ad spend, a Rs.50,000 Conversion Page will usually do more than a testing programme.

Is 10 to 15 percent of ad spend the right CRO budget?

Our page publishes that rule of thumb: put 10 to 15 percent of paid-media spend into the pages that spend lands on. Run backwards, it places a Rs.40,000 Sprint at Rs.2,66,667 to Rs.4,00,000 of monthly spend, and the Rs.80,000 Programme at Rs.5,33,333 to Rs.8,00,000. The same page names lower thresholds elsewhere, a Sprint from about Rs.1 lakh and the Programme from Rs.3 lakh, where the fees are 40 percent and 26.7 percent of the media. We read the thresholds as the floor at which a plan can work and the 10 to 15 percent band as the comfortable zone. The break-even table agrees with the band: at a 3 percent baseline the Sprint breaks even at Rs.2.4 lakh, just under the band's lower edge.

What do landing pages and CRO cost over a year with GST?

Our arithmetic: common combinations of the published prices, before and after 18 percent GST
CombinationBefore GSTWith GST
One Campaign PageRs.25,000Rs.29,500
One Conversion PageRs.50,000Rs.59,000
Conversion Page plus 6 months of CRO SprintRs.2,90,000Rs.3,42,200
Conversion Page plus 12 months of CRO SprintRs.5,30,000Rs.6,25,400
12 months of CRO ProgrammeRs.9,60,000Rs.11,32,800

Four costs sit outside every line: ad spend and ad management, which are separate services, such as Google Ads management and Meta ads management from Rs.25,000 a month each; photography, video and custom illustration beyond licensed stock; paid testing platforms and CRM licences beyond the free tiers we set up; and full website builds, quoted as website design. Heatmaps and session recordings run on Microsoft Clarity, which is free, and both CRO plans are month to month.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a landing page cost in India?

In the Indian market, template pages cost Rs.8,000 to Rs.25,000, custom-designed pages Rs.40,000 to Rs.80,000 and conversion-engineered pages Rs.80,000 to Rs.1,50,000. Mediaverse Digital charges Rs.25,000 for a Campaign Page, live in 3 to 5 days with a copy edit, lead form, WhatsApp button and tracking, and Rs.50,000 for a Conversion Page with original design and direct-response copy in 1 to 2 weeks. GST is added.

Is a CRO retainer worth it on a Rs.1 lakh monthly ad budget?

Usually not. On our arithmetic, a half-point lift from a 2 percent baseline is worth 25 percent of spend, Rs.25,000 at Rs.1 lakh, below the Rs.40,000 Sprint fee. A Sprint needs about Rs.1,60,000 of monthly spend at that baseline, and more at higher baselines. At Rs.1 lakh, a Rs.50,000 Conversion Page is the better buy, which is also what our service page advises.

How many conversions does a landing page A/B test need?

Our page publishes a floor of 100 to 200 conversions per variant for most Indian lead-generation funnels, so a two-variant test needs 200 to 400 conversions to reach a decision. A CRO Sprint running 2 tests a month therefore needs 400 to 800 conversions a month for both to conclude inside the month. Below that, run sequential tests and bigger changes rather than splitting thin traffic.

What is the difference between a Campaign Page and a Conversion Page?

A Campaign Page, Rs.25,000, is a brand-customised template with your existing messaging edited into a landing page structure, 1 revision, live in 3 to 5 days. A Conversion Page, Rs.50,000, adds direct-response copywriting approved before design, an original design from a wireframe, proof and objection blocks, heatmaps, CRM or WhatsApp automation and 2 revisions, in 1 to 2 weeks. Both ship with tracking test-fired.

How much ad spend should go into CRO?

Our page publishes a rule of thumb of 10 to 15 percent of paid-media spend on the pages that spend lands on. That places the Rs.40,000 Sprint at about Rs.2.7 lakh to Rs.4 lakh of monthly spend and the Rs.80,000 Programme at about Rs.5.3 lakh to Rs.8 lakh. The page names lower floors, about Rs.1 lakh and Rs.3 lakh, at which the plans can still work.

What is not included in landing page and CRO pricing?

On our plans: ad spend and ad management, which are separate services; domain and hosting, though most pages run on your existing domain at no extra cost; photography, video and custom illustration beyond licensed stock; paid A/B testing platforms and CRM licences beyond the free tiers we set up; full website builds, quoted separately; and GST, added for Indian clients.
